美国与英国高校科研管理专业化探析

【摘要】：科研管理已经成为高校重要的活动领域,专业化科研管理能够有力地推动高校科研的发展。美、英高校科研管理在组织机构、交流平台、培训体系方面体现出高度的专业化水准,极大地提高了美、英国家高校科研管理的成效,推动了高校科研活动的进展。其科研管理专业化对于提升我国高校科研管理工作有重要的借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:Scientific research management has become an important activity field in colleges and universities. Specialized scientific research management can promote the development of scientific research in colleges and universities. The management of scientific research in the United States and Britain reflects a high level of specialization in the aspects of organization, communication platform and training system, which greatly improves the effectiveness of scientific research management in British universities and promotes the progress of scientific research activities in colleges and universities. The specialization of scientific research management has important reference value for improving the scientific research management work of colleges and universities in our country.
