大学生国防意识教育研究

【摘要】：国防意识是一种自觉维护国家和民族利益的群体意识，是公民爱国主义精神的集中体现，也是国防教育和建设的重要内容。捍卫国家主权和领土完整，抵抗侵略、保卫和平、建设强大的国防是每位青年大学生应尽的义务和责任。无论是从国家安全的战略高度考虑，还是从大学生全面发展的目标出发，大学生国防意识教育都有着极其重大的意义。大学生应该在努力学习专业知识的同时，自觉接受国防意识教育，提高军事素养，激发自己的爱国之心和报国之志，进而为中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦筑起坚不可摧的精神长城。全文主要包括四个部分。首先，，厘清国防意识教育的相关概念，对大学生国防意识教育的发展历程进行了回顾与考察，论述了大学生国防意识教育对于国防建设、促进大学生全面发展、创新思想政治教育新形式的重要意义。其次，明确了大学生国防意识教育的基本内容，涵盖了爱国主义教育、忧患意识教育、国防参与意识教育、国家安全意识教育等；分析了国防意识教育的主要途径，主要包括思想政治理论课教学、军事理论课教学、大学生军训、国防实践教育活动等。再次，对当前大学生国防意识教育存在的主要问题，如思想政治理论课教师对国防意识的教育内容重视不够、军事理论课程的开展不够规范、军训工作的开展存在简单化倾向、相关国防意识教育实践活动开展不足问题进行了逐一论述。最后，在充分考虑基本国情以及现行国防教育制度的条件下，努力探索提高大学生国防意识教育水平的有效办法，力求提出针对性较强、操作性较强、实效性较高的具体措施。一是要创新教学方法，注重现代化教学手段的应用，以提高大学生思想政治理论课中国防意识内容的教学实效；二是加强军事理论课教师队伍建设，规范军事理论课的教学模式，使教学内容与时俱进，以促进军事理论课的专业化发展；三是抓好学生军训环节，要做好军训动员工作，增强军训针对性，调动学生积极性，全力做好军训过程中的思想政治教育工作；四是丰富国防意识相关校园文化活动，构建国防意识教育校园网络平台，建立国防意识实践教育基地；五是统筹各种教育形式的功能，以发挥最大的综合效应。
[Abstract]:The consciousness of national defense is a group consciousness of safeguarding the national and national interests consciously. It is the concentrated embodiment of the patriotism spirit of citizens and the important content of national defense education and construction. Defending national sovereignty and territorial integrity, resisting aggression, defending peace and building strong national defense are the obligations and responsibilities of every young college student. Whether from the strategic perspective of national security or from the goal of all-round development of college students, the education of national defense consciousness of college students is of great significance. College students should, while studying their professional knowledge, consciously accept the education of national defense consciousness, improve their military literacy, and arouse their patriotism and the will to serve the country. Then for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream built an indestructible spirit the Great Wall. The full text mainly includes four parts. First of all, it clarifies the related concepts of national defense consciousness education, reviews and inspects the development course of national defense consciousness education of college students, and discusses that the national defense consciousness education of college students can promote the overall development of college students. The significance of innovating the new form of ideological and political education. Secondly, it clarifies the basic content of college students' national defense consciousness education, including patriotism education, worry consciousness education, national defense participation consciousness education, national security consciousness education and so on. This paper analyzes the main ways of national defense consciousness education, including ideological and political theory teaching, military training for college students, national defense practice education and so on. Thirdly, the main problems of the current college students' national defense awareness education, such as the ideological and political theory teachers pay less attention to the content of national defense awareness education, the military theory curriculum is not standard enough, the military training work has the tendency of simplification. The related national defense consciousness education practice activity carries on the insufficient question to carry on the elaboration one by one. Finally, under the condition of considering the basic national conditions and the current national defense education system, we try to explore the effective methods to improve the level of national defense consciousness education of college students, and try to put forward some concrete measures with strong pertinence, strong operability and high effectiveness. First, it is necessary to innovate teaching methods and pay attention to the application of modern teaching means in order to improve the teaching effectiveness of the contents of Chinese defense consciousness in the ideological and political theory course of college students. The second is to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of military theory course, standardize the teaching mode of military theory course, make the teaching content keep pace with the times, in order to promote the specialized development of military theory course; Third, it is necessary to do a good job in military training and mobilization, enhance the pertinence of military training, arouse students' enthusiasm, and do a good job of ideological and political education in the course of military training. The fourth is to enrich the related campus cultural activities of national defense consciousness, to construct the network platform of national defense consciousness education campus, to establish the practical education base of national defense consciousness, and the fifth is to coordinate the functions of various forms of education in order to exert the maximum comprehensive effect.
