以社会主义核心价值体系引领大学生公民意识教育研究

【摘要】：党的十七届六中全会《决定》中明确提出“必须强化引导,增进社会共识,创新方式方法,健全制度保障,把社会主义核心价值体系融入国民教育、精神文明建设和党的建设全过程”。①公民意识教育是社会主义核心价值体系“内化于心外化于行”的重要手段,在社会主义核心价值体系的引领下,国民普遍拥有公民意识是社会进步的重要标志之一,将对社会和国家发展起到巨大的推动作用。公民意识教育作为大学生思想政治教育的前提和基础,对大学生理想信念的塑造将起到至关重要的作用,而大学生作为社会主义建设未来的主力军,对其进行公民意识教育具有格外重要的意义。整篇论文分为以下五个部分：第一部分：简要概述了论文写作的目的和意义,着重分析了国内外对大学生公民意识教育的研究现状,特别是对社会主义核心价值体系和大学生公民意识教育之间的关系进行了文献述评,并在此基础上,梳理出了本文写作的思路、方法及创新点。第二部分：着重从历史的角度和理论的层面分别概述了公民、公民教育以及公民意识教育等一系列概念,并在总结提炼的基础上,形成大学生公民意识教育内涵,同时在国外公民意识教育有益经验的启示下,总结出了以社会主义核心价值体系引领的大学生公民意识教育应包括五个方面的内容,即国家与民族意识、权利与责任意识、自由与法治意识、平等与公正意识、道德与文明意识。第三部分：对大学生公民意识教育进行调查统计分析,并尝试通过问卷调查的形式对大学生的公民意识教育现状进行摸底和掌握,并从中分析和挖掘出大学生公民意识教育存在的问题和困境,以便有针对性地采取有效的、操控性强的措施来进行应对。第四部分：从社会主义核心价值体系的四个方面入手,深入挖掘社会主义核心价值体系和大学生之间的内在联系,寻求两者本质上的统一性,并在此基础上,作者希望借助大学生这一优秀的、先进的群体来扩大社会主义核心价值体系的影响力,增强其引领效用,为全体公民将这一先进理论体系“内化于心外化于行”打下坚实的基础。此部分是全文的逻辑展开。第五部分：在强调以社会主义核心价值体系引领大学生公民意识教育必要性的基础上,从思想和现实两个路径来尝试探究实施大学生公民意识教育的一系列对策,试图寻找到科学合理、行之有效的教育方法,以期实现行文的目的。
[Abstract]:The "decision" of the sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee clearly stated that "it is necessary to strengthen guidance, enhance social consensus, innovate ways and methods, improve institutional safeguards, and integrate the socialist core value system into national education." The whole process of the construction of spiritual civilization and the construction of the Party. 1 the education of civic consciousness is an important means for the socialist core value system to be "internalized and externalized in action", under the guidance of the socialist core value system. Citizen consciousness is one of the important signs of social progress, which will promote the development of society and country. As the premise and foundation of college students' ideological and political education, civic consciousness education will play a vital role in shaping college students' ideals and beliefs, and college students will be the main force in the future of socialist construction. It is of great significance to carry on the education of civic consciousness. The whole paper is divided into the following five parts: the first part: briefly summarizes the purpose and significance of the thesis writing, focusing on the analysis of the status quo of the research on the civic awareness education of college students at home and abroad. In particular, the relationship between the socialist core value system and the civic consciousness education of college students is reviewed, and on this basis, the ideas, methods and innovations of this paper are sorted out. The second part: from the perspective of history and theory, this paper summarizes a series of concepts, such as citizen, civic education and civic consciousness education, and on the basis of summarizing and refining, forms the connotation of citizen consciousness education of college students. At the same time, under the enlightenment of the beneficial experience of foreign citizen consciousness education, the author concludes that the education of citizen consciousness of college students guided by the socialist core value system should include five aspects, namely, national and national consciousness, right and responsibility consciousness. The consciousness of freedom and rule of law, the consciousness of equality and justice, and the consciousness of morality and civilization. The third part: the investigation and analysis of college students' civic consciousness education, and try to explore and master the status quo of college students' civic consciousness education through the form of questionnaire. In order to take effective and manipulative measures to deal with the problems and dilemmas existing in the education of college students' civic consciousness, this paper analyzes and excavates the problems and predicaments in the education of college students' civic consciousness. The fourth part: starting from the four aspects of the socialist core value system, digging into the inner relationship between the socialist core value system and college students, seeking the unity of the two in essence, and on this basis, The author hopes to expand the influence of the socialist core value system and enhance its leading utility with the help of the excellent and advanced group of college students. It lays a solid foundation for all citizens to internalize this advanced theoretical system. This part is the logical expansion of the full text. The fifth part: on the basis of emphasizing the necessity of leading college students' civic consciousness education with the socialist core value system, this paper tries to explore a series of countermeasures to carry out the citizen consciousness education of college students from the two ways of thinking and reality. This paper attempts to find scientific, reasonable and effective educational methods in order to achieve the purpose of writing.
