试论上海音乐学院的艺术实践管理

【摘要】：音乐教育是一种实践性很强的教育,它不仅要传授知识,还要有技能训练、内涵表现、审美感知、以及人的素质培养等多个方面的内容。这种专业教育的多方结合,只有在艺术实践过程中才能完美地融为一体。因此,有人称之为“实践教育”。专业音乐教育有其不同于普通高等教育的特殊性,它不仅需要一对一的专业教学,更需要适当的艺术实践来不断地磨炼艺术表演力、创作力。因此,艺术实践作为专业音乐教育的重要组成部分,是高等专业音乐院校教学活动中不可或缺的一部分。 本文将以上海音乐学院——中国这所历史最悠久的高等专业音乐院校为例,对艺术实践的概念和历史进行阐述和比较,并结合现今上海音乐学院艺术实践的管理状况和管理模式,对艺术实践与课堂教学的关系及艺术实践中存在的问题进行分析,如何将艺术实践的管理科学化和系统化提出意见。希望高等专业音乐院校艺术实践管理的完善,可以更好地提高教学质量,达成“教学——实践——教学”的良性循环,为培养出更多的“高精尖”音乐人才发挥更为积极的作用。
[Abstract]:Music education is a kind of practical education, which not only impart knowledge, but also include skill training, connotation expression, aesthetic perception and quality training. This combination of professional education, only in the process of artistic practice can be perfectly integrated. Therefore, some people call it "practical education". Professional music education is different from ordinary higher education in its particularity. It not only needs one-to-one professional teaching, but also needs appropriate artistic practice to constantly temper artistic performance and creativity. Therefore, as an important part of professional music education, art practice is an indispensable part in the teaching activities of music colleges and universities. This article will take Shanghai Conservatory of Music, the oldest professional music college in China, as an example, to expound and compare the concept and history of art practice. Combined with the current management situation and management mode of art practice in Shanghai Conservatory of Music, this paper analyzes the relationship between art practice and classroom teaching and the problems existing in art practice, and puts forward some suggestions on how to make the management of art practice scientific and systematic. It is hoped that the improvement of art practice management in higher music colleges and universities will improve the teaching quality and achieve a virtuous circle of "teaching-practice-teaching". In order to cultivate more "sophisticated" music talents play a more active role.
