大学生生活方式现状及其引导研究

【摘要】：生活方式是一个内容复杂、内涵丰富的概念，是在一定的社会形态中，人们的物质生活和精神文化生活的方式和行为习惯的总和。它作为一种客观存在，制约着社会的文化和意识形态的发展以及个人兴趣、爱好、价值取向等。随着改革开放的深入进行和社会主义市场经济体制的转变，人们的生活方式和精神状态正在迅速发生着变化。青年一代的大学生群体作为时代文化的引领者也不例外，他们的生活方式的变化直接反映着一个时代精神的变革。近年来，随着大学与社会之间的联系越来越紧密，大学生受到社会各种不良生活方式的影响越来越深，一些拜金、享乐、奢靡等不良现象逐渐在大学生中显露，这不仅不利于大学生的身心健康发展和社会融入，而且对整个社会科学、文明生活方式理念的倡导也起到一定的阻碍作用，同时大学生的整体形象和素质也会受到社会大众的批判和质疑。关注大学生日常生活方式，对其现状和问题进行分析和探讨，并对他们形成现代社会所需的生活方式进行引导和教育，已经成为高校德育、思想政治教育和精神文明建设的一项重要课题。本文通过分析国内外与之相关文献和资料的基础上，结合当前大学生生活方式的现状特点制定问卷调查，获得了大量的一手资料。在对这些问卷资料进行数据分析和整理的基础上，笔者分析了当前大学生在政治参与、学习方式、消费情况、休闲娱乐、恋爱择偶五个方面的现状特点，，且指出了当前大学生生活方式中存在的一些问题，如政治参与热情不高、学习目的日益功利化、消费结构不合理、休闲活动缺乏自觉性和规划性、性观念淡薄和性知识缺乏等，并对这些问题的成因进行多维度的分析。最后，本文对大学生生活方式的构建提出了符合时代要求“文明、健康、和谐、低碳”的目标，并通过学校、家庭、社会、大学生自身教育合力来为大学生生活方式构建提供有效途径。
[Abstract]:Life style is a concept with complex content and rich connotation. It is the sum of the ways and behaviors of people's material life and spiritual and cultural life in a certain social form. As an objective existence, it restricts the development of social culture and ideology, as well as personal interests, hobbies, value orientation and so on. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the transformation of socialist market economic system, people's way of life and mental state are changing rapidly. The college students of the younger generation are also the leaders of the culture of the times. The change of their way of life directly reflects the change of the spirit of the times. In recent years, with the close relationship between the university and the society, the college students are more and more deeply influenced by various bad ways of life. Some bad phenomena, such as worship of money, enjoyment, extravagance and so on, are gradually revealed among the college students. This is not only not conducive to the physical and mental development of college students and social integration, but also to the entire social science, the concept of civilized lifestyle advocacy also played a certain role in hindering. At the same time, the overall image and quality of college students will be criticized and questioned by the public. Paying attention to the daily life style of college students, analyzing and discussing their current situation and problems, and guiding and educating them to form the way of life needed in modern society have become moral education in colleges and universities. Ideological and political education and spiritual civilization building an important subject. Based on the analysis of the relevant literature and materials at home and abroad and combining with the current characteristics of college students' lifestyle, this paper makes a questionnaire survey and obtains a large number of primary materials. On the basis of data analysis and collation of these questionnaire materials, the author analyzes the current characteristics of college students in five aspects: political participation, learning style, consumption, leisure and entertainment, love and mate selection. It also points out some problems existing in college students' way of life, such as low enthusiasm for political participation, increasingly utilitarian learning purpose, unreasonable consumption structure, lack of consciousness and planning of leisure activities, weak sexual concept and lack of sexual knowledge, etc. And the causes of these problems are analyzed in multiple dimensions. Finally, this paper puts forward the goal of "civilization, health, harmony, low carbon" in accordance with the requirements of the times, and through the school, family, society, College students' own educational joint force provides an effective way for the construction of college students' way of life.
