区域“高等教育—经济”复合系统协调性的多目标综合评价模型及其应用

【摘要】:区域经济与高等教育之间存在着相互依赖相互促进的关系,两者之间只有相互协调,才能促进系统的良性发展。因此,对区域“高等教育-经济”复合系统的协调性进行综合评价具有重要的价值。 论文首先概述了区域“高等教育-经济”复合系统协调的理论,区域“高等教育-经济”复合系统的特征、影响因素、结构和功能。然后梳理了区域“高等教育-经济’复合系统协调性指标体系的构建原则和程序,特别是阐述了DEA指标体系的构建原则和流程,并采用了相关分析法来分析输入输出指标之间的线性关系强度,继而剔除掉一些对DEA评价结果没有多大实质影响的指标,最终构建了效率评价的DEA指标体系。在方法上,一是运用了一种客观权重赋值方法——熵值法来对区域“高等教育-经济”复合系统协调能力进行量化计算;二是构建了测量区域“高等教育-经济”复合系统协调综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率以及协调发展效度的DEA评价模型(包括C2R模型与C2GS2模型等);三是进行了熵值法模型与DEA模型的集成。最后,在实证方面,以全国31个省、市、自治区为例说明了前述方法的应用,分析了“高等教育-经济”复合系统协调状况的地区差异。
[Abstract]:The relationship between regional economy and higher education depends on each other and promotes each other. Only by coordinating each other can the regional economy and higher education promote the healthy development of the system. Therefore, it is of great value to evaluate the coordination of regional "higher education-economy" composite system. This paper first summarizes the coordination theory of regional "higher education-economy" compound system, the characteristics, influencing factors, structure and function of regional "higher education-economy" composite system. Then it combs the construction principles and procedures of the coordination index system of the regional "higher education-economy 'composite system, especially expounds the construction principles and processes of the DEA index system." The correlation analysis method is used to analyze the intensity of the linear relationship between the input and output indexes, and then the DEA index system of efficiency evaluation is constructed by removing some indexes which have little effect on the evaluation results of DEA. Firstly, an objective weight assignment method-entropy value method is used to quantify the coordination ability of the regional "higher education and economy" composite system. Secondly, the DEA evaluation model (including C2R model and C2GS2 model) is constructed for measuring the coordination and synthesis efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency and coordinated development validity of the regional "higher education-economy" composite system. The third is the integration of entropy value model and DEA model. Finally, taking 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions as examples to illustrate the application of the above method, the paper analyzes the regional differences in the coordination of the "higher education-economy" composite system.
