影响民办高校大学生就业困难的因素分析与对策研究

【摘要】：民办高校是我国高等教育重要的组成部分,在未来的高等教育中也将发挥越来越重要的作用。但由于民办高校发展历史较短,办学经验不足,比起公办院校,在办学条件、学校硬件、师资队伍、社会影响力、企业认可度等等方面,仍有一定的差距。所以,民办高校毕业的大学生在其就业上就面临比公办院校毕业生更大的压力,受影响的方面也更多。文章从民办高校大学生就业困难的各个原因开始入手,对外在大环境、学校、教师和大学生本身进行分析,提出一些应对这些因素的对策。文章共四部分：第一部分是对于文章所涉及的理论等基本概念进行阐述；第二部分就我国民办高校的发展现状以及存在的问题,引申出当今大学生就业现状以及民办高校大学生的就业现状与困境；第三部分主要分析民办高校大学生就业困难的原因,主要从外在原因、民办高校自身原因(包括学校管理方面、教师教务工作方而、大学生自身方面)进行分析；第四部分基于以上第三部分的原因分析,提出一些应对的措施。民办高校的毕业生就业情况会直接影响到该年度的招生情况,民办高校的招生间接的制约着民办高校的发展,民办高校的发展又反过来影响其毕业生的就业。希望通过该研究,对解决民办高校大学生就业问题有一些帮助。
[Abstract]:Private higher education is an important part of higher education in our country, and will play an increasingly important role in the future higher education. However, due to the short history of development and lack of experience in running a private college, there is still a certain gap in the conditions of running a school, the hardware of the school, the teaching staff, the social influence, the degree of enterprise acceptance, and so on. Therefore, private college graduates in their employment is facing more pressure than the public college graduates, affected by more aspects. This paper begins with the reasons for the difficulty of obtaining employment for private college students, analyzes the external environment, schools, teachers and students themselves, and puts forward some countermeasures to deal with these factors. The article consists of four parts: the first part is about the basic concepts such as the theory involved in the article; The second part of the development of private colleges and universities in China and the existing problems, the extension of the current employment situation of college students and private college students employment status and difficulties; The third part mainly analyzes the reasons of employment difficulties of private college students, mainly from the external reasons, private colleges and universities own reasons (including the school management, teachers' educational work and students themselves) to analyze; The fourth part puts forward some countermeasures based on the reason analysis of the third part above. The employment situation of the graduates of the private universities will directly affect the enrollment situation of that year. The enrollment of private colleges and universities indirectly restricts the development of private colleges and universities, and the development of private colleges and universities in turn affects the employment of their graduates. Through this research, I hope it will help solve the employment problem of private college students.
