人才测评在校园招聘中的应用研究

【摘要】:当今企业的竞争归根到底就是人才的竞争,人才是企业最宝贵也是最难充分利用的资源,所以现在越来越多的企业将吸引和培养人才作为一项战略性的工作来对待。而校园招聘作为企业吸引人才的重要渠道也随着人才竞争的越发激烈倍受企业重视。在每年的校园招聘旺季里,企业之间的人才争夺战打得异常激烈,企业不仅要想办法吸引到更多的优秀应届毕业生,更重要的是能够选拔到适合企业发展的优秀应届毕业生,那么人才测评工作在企业校园招聘中就显得尤为关键,虽然现在对于人才的各种测评工具层出不穷,但企业的人力资源部门在选拔校园人才时仍然存在很多问题,例如,在校园招聘中选择什么样的测评工具能更快速、更有效的选拔出适合企业的优秀人才,如何甄别应聘简历中的虚假信息等等,这些问题都是值得人力资源管理人员和理论界的研究人员去研究和探讨的。 校园招聘虽然只是企业人力资源管理工作中的一个分支,但它同时也是一项复杂的系统工程,企业要想在校园招聘中取得成功,不仅要有战略性和创新性的的规划,也要有系统的计划和周密的安排,更要有专业的和科学的测评工具。本文是在对相关理论研究的基础上,着重研究了人才测评技术是如何在校园招聘中有效运用的。本文共分六部分,第一部分是对论文研究的背景、意义、内容和框架进行了介绍。第二部分对校园招聘和人才测评的相关理论进行了阐述。第三部分主要是分析企业的校园招聘现状及存在的问题,第四部分是本文的重点,对校园招聘的每一环节进行了详细的阐述,包括标准体系的设计、人才测评实施的流程和测评工具的具体操作等,将人才测评在校园招聘中如何运用进行了梳理,能让人从整体上全观人才测评技术在校园招聘中的应用全貌。最后以X公司销售人员的校园招聘活动作为案例研究,旨在通过总结成功的经验,为类似X公司的企业在进行校园招聘时提供思路借鉴。最后一部分对本文的研究成果进行了总结。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis, talents are the most precious and the most difficult to make full use of resources, so now more and more enterprises will attract and train talents as a strategic work to treat. As an important channel for enterprises to attract talents, campus recruitment attracts more and more attention with the fierce competition of talents. In the high recruitment season on campus every year, the competition for talents among enterprises is extremely fierce. Enterprises should not only find ways to attract more outstanding fresh graduates, but also be able to select outstanding fresh graduates suitable for the development of enterprises. Then, the evaluation of talents is particularly critical in the recruitment of enterprises on campus. Although there are many kinds of evaluation tools for talents, but the human resources departments of enterprises still have a lot of problems in the selection of campus talents, for example, What kind of evaluation tools can be chosen in campus recruitment can be more rapid and effective to select the best talents suitable for the enterprise, how to identify the false information in the application resume, and so on. These problems are worthy of human resource managers and theorists to study and explore. Although campus recruitment is only a branch of enterprise human resource management, it is also a complex system engineering. If enterprises want to succeed in campus recruitment, they must not only have strategic and innovative planning. There must also be systematic planning and careful planning, as well as professional and scientific assessment tools. Based on the research of relevant theories, this paper focuses on the effective application of talent assessment technology in campus recruitment. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the background, significance, content and framework of the thesis. The second part expounds the theory of campus recruitment and talent evaluation. The third part is mainly to analyze the current situation and existing problems of campus recruitment, the fourth part is the focus of this paper, the campus recruitment of each link is described in detail, including the design of the standard system. The process of implementation of talent evaluation and the concrete operation of evaluation tools, this paper combs the application of talent evaluation in campus recruitment, which can make the application of the overall view of talent evaluation technology in the campus recruitment a complete picture. Finally, taking the campus recruitment activities of X company sales personnel as a case study, the purpose of this paper is to summarize the successful experience and to provide some ideas for the enterprises similar to X Company in recruiting on campus. The last part summarizes the research results of this paper.
