项目管理在高校学生管理的应用

【摘要】：随着我国高等教育体制改革的全面推进,高等教育事业得到了快速发展,高校学生工作也进入一个新的发展阶段。特别是《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改造大学生思想政治教育的意见》(中发[2004]16号)的颁布实施更是给学生管理工作提出新的挑战。但是,目前的现状是我国高校学生管理难以满足当今高校学生发展要求和学校进一步发展需要。在保证教育效果的前提下,如何走出传统的管理范式,更高效地、科学地进行管理和服务成了迫在眉睫的问题。对比企业先进的管理理念和方法,高校管理工作应借鉴企业成功的经验。高校管理人员也应具有创新意识,跳出终日忙于事务管理的状态,适当分析、总结、实施科学管理。许多企业管理的成功得益于项目管理的应用。当前项目管理已经在全球各个管理领域广泛应用并且成效显著,而将其应用于高校学生管理的研究还寥寥无几。本文尝试将项目管理应用到高校学生管理工作中,采用文献分析与实际案例分析总结的方法,分析高校学生管理工作中存在的问题和原因,并从具体管理问题入手,探索适合高校学生管理的项目管理理念与实践模式,希望对提升高校的学生管理水平与核心竞争力、推动我国教育事业持续健康发展、良性循环起到一定的借鉴作用。全篇论文共分为五章。第一章是前言,分析高校学生管理的社会背景,对研究意义进行了阐述。同时对国内外高校学生管理的发展历程进行分析,为下一步研究打好基础。第二章是高校学生管理与项目管理,对论文中涉及的核心概念进行界定,总结我国高校学生管理取得的成绩,并分析在新的时代背景下,高校学生管理面临的挑战。同时研究了项目管理的特点,对高校学生管理引入项目管理进行可行性研究。第三章、第四章分别对高校学生管理中的学生活动管理、学生突发事件管理尝试性地应用项目管理的理念、方法提出了具体可行的措施。第五章为结论。事实证明,将项目管理应用于高校学生管理中是可行的和行之有效的。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the reform of higher education system in China, the cause of higher education has been developed rapidly, and the work of college students has entered a new stage of development. In particular, the promulgation and implementation of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on further strengthening and reforming the ideological and political education of college students (Zhongfa [2004] 16) is a new challenge to the management of students. However, the current situation is that the management of college students in our country is difficult to meet the requirements of the development of college students and the further development of the school. On the premise of ensuring the educational effect, how to get out of the traditional management paradigm and how to manage and serve more efficiently and scientifically has become an urgent problem. Compared with the advanced management ideas and methods of enterprises, the management of colleges and universities should draw lessons from the successful experiences of enterprises. The administrators of colleges and universities should also have innovative consciousness, jump out of the state of busy affairs management all day long, properly analyze, summarize and carry out scientific management. Many successful enterprise management benefits from the application of project management. At present, project management has been widely used in various fields of management around the world and has achieved remarkable results. However, the research on the application of project management to the management of college students is very few. This paper attempts to apply the project management to the management of college students. By using the methods of literature analysis and practical case analysis and summary, this paper analyzes the problems and causes existing in the management of college students, and starts with the concrete management problems. In order to promote the level of student management and the core competitiveness of colleges and universities and promote the sustainable and healthy development of our country's education cause, it is hoped that the project management idea and practice mode suitable for college student management will play a certain reference role in the benign circle. The whole paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the preface, analyzes the social background of university student management, and expounds the significance of the research. At the same time, the development course of college student management at home and abroad is analyzed to lay a good foundation for the next research. The second chapter is the university student management and the project management, the paper involves the core concept to carry on the definition, summarizes our country university student management achievement, and analyzes under the new time background, the university student management faces the challenge. At the same time, the characteristics of project management are studied, and the feasibility of introducing project management into college student management is studied. The third chapter, the fourth chapter, put forward the concrete feasible measures to the student activity management in the university student management, the student emergency management tries to apply the project management idea, the method has proposed the concrete feasible measure. Chapter five is the conclusion. It is proved that it is feasible and effective to apply project management to college students management.
