高校优秀辅导员评价标准研究

【摘要】：高校辅导员在大学生思想政治教育、日常教育和管理,以及大学生成长成才的过程中发挥着极其重要的作用,运用科学的、实证的研究方法制定出优秀辅导员的评价标准对于今后辅导员的选聘、考核和管理都具有重大的理论参考意义和实践操作价值。基于对1504名大学辅导员和109名学工干部的问卷调研而确立的优秀辅导员评价标准具有较理想的概括性、准确性和实际操作性。
[Abstract]:College counselors play an extremely important role in college students' ideological and political education, daily education and management, as well as in the process of college students growing up and becoming talented people. The empirical research method makes the evaluation criteria of excellent counselors have great theoretical reference significance and practical operational value for the selection, evaluation and management of counselors in the future. Based on the questionnaire survey of 1504 college counselors and 109 academic cadres, the evaluation standard of excellent counselors has ideal generality, accuracy and practical operation.
