高校思想政治理论课对大学生职业生涯规划教育的作用研究

【摘要】：党的十六大以来，以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央，召开了全国加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的会议，形成了全党全社会合力推进大学生思想政治教育的强势，高校思想政治教育进入了全新的发展阶段。高校思想政治教育是一项复杂的系统工程，教育主体多元化，教育内容丰富，教育途径也多种多样。大学生职业生涯规划教育是思想政治教育的一个有机组成部分，积极开展职业生涯规划教育是思想政治教育的延伸与发展，也是对思想政治教育工作的有益补充。人们期望教育尽可能既有助于自我实现和个人安宁，和谐和精神健康，也有助于社会化。[1]而高校思想政治理论课是思想政治教育的主阵地、主渠道，因为其拥有系统化的理论体系、专业化的师资队伍、规范化的教学模式、明确化的教学目标，使它在大学生的思想政治道德素质培养方面发挥着根本作用，另外，高校思想政治理论课具有知识属性与价值属性的统一。因此，大学生职业生涯规划教育只有与思想政治教育相结合，，才能更加全面、深入和有效，加强高校思想政治理论课教学能促进大学生职业生涯规划教育的有效实现，高校思想政治理论课对大学生职业生涯规划教育具有重要作用。本文首先阐述了大学生职业生涯规划教育的相关概念，在此基础上分析了大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状以及存在的问题。其次通过梳理、整合高校思想政治理论课的发展过程、性质、内涵、功能、目的与价值目标等内容，明确了高校思想政治理论课本身所具有的功能和价值属性在促进大学生职业生涯规划教育中所具有的特殊功效。然后，明确分析了大学生职业生涯规划教育与思想政治教育，与高校思想政治理论课之间的关系，指出高校思想政治理论课与大学生职业生涯规划教育之间辩证统一的关系。最后，笔者根据高校思想政治理论课和大学生职业生涯规划教育本身所具有的内涵与相互间的关系以及对国内外先进学术理论的学习，从理论上提出高校思想政治理论课对大学生职业生涯规划教育的作用。首先分析了大学生进行职业生涯规划教育过程中加强高校思想政治理论课的必要性，接着在此基础上重点阐述所起到的促进作用，主要从三个方面来体现，第一方面从高校思想政治理论课具有的功能角度来分析对大学生职业生涯规划的作用，第二方面从高校思想政治理论课包含的知识内涵角度来分析论证，第三方面从高校思想政治理论课所体现的价值特性角度来分析。这部分是全文研究的着力点和创新点，也是本文的难点。
[Abstract]:Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Hu Jintao as General Secretary, has held a national conference on strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students, which has formed a strong force for the whole party and society to work together to promote the ideological and political education of college students. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities has entered a new stage of development. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a complex system engineering, the main body of education is diversified, the content of education is rich, and the ways of education are also varied. Career planning education for college students is an organic part of ideological and political education. Actively carrying out career planning education is the extension and development of ideological and political education, and it is also a useful supplement to ideological and political education. It is expected that education will contribute not only to self-realization and personal tranquillity, harmony and mental health, but also to socialization. [1] and the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is the main position and main channel of ideological and political education. Because it has a systematic theoretical system, a professional teaching team, a standardized teaching model and a clear teaching goal, it plays a fundamental role in the cultivation of college students' ideological and political and moral diathesis. In addition, The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities has the unity of knowledge attribute and value attribute. Therefore, only by combining career planning education with ideological and political education can college students' career planning education be more comprehensive, in-depth and effective. Strengthening the teaching of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities can promote the effective realization of college students' career planning education. The course of ideological and political theory plays an important role in college students' career planning education. This paper first expounds the related concepts of college students' career planning education, and on this basis, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of college students' career planning education. Secondly, by combing and integrating the development process, nature, connotation, function, purpose and value goal of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, This paper clarifies the special effect of the function and value attribute of the ideological and political theory course in promoting the career planning education of college students. Then, it clearly analyzes the relationship between college students' career planning education and ideological and political education, and points out the dialectical unity between college students' ideological and political theory course and college students' career planning education. Finally, according to the connotation and relationship of ideological and political theory course and college students' career planning education itself, as well as the study of advanced academic theory at home and abroad, This paper theoretically puts forward the function of ideological and political theory course on college students' career planning education. This paper first analyzes the necessity of strengthening the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in the process of career planning education for college students, and then focuses on the promoting role played by college students, mainly from three aspects. The first aspect analyzes the function of ideological and political theory course on college students' career planning from the point of view of the function of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, and the second aspect analyzes and demonstrates the knowledge connotation contained in the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities. The third aspect analyzes the value characteristics embodied in the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities. This part is the focus and innovation of the full text, but also the difficulty of this paper.
