【摘要】：正一、教育培训产品质量构成因素培训教育产品本质上是服务产品,具有服务的无形性、生产过程与消费过程的时空不可分离性、产品质量的不可恢复性以及产品质量的非一致性等特点。学员接受培训的过程实质上是一个互动的体验、体会和提升的过程。因而培训教育质量的评价包含很多主观的成分,只能用培训的效果和学员的满意度来评价。影响培训质量的因素,不仅与培训的提供方有关, 而且学员在学习过程中的心态和参予程度也很重要。通过接受培训,学员能够得到他们想要的东西,
