【摘要】：社区教育的发展必须以科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本,树立全面、均衡、协调、可持续发展的观点,以实现社区政治、经济、文化的全面进步。这既是社区发展的根本要求,也是人的发展的根本要求。
[Abstract]:The development of community education must be guided by the scientific concept of development, adhere to people-oriented, establish a comprehensive, balanced, coordinated and sustainable development perspective, in order to achieve the overall progress of community politics, economy and culture. This is not only the basic requirement of community development, but also the fundamental requirement of human development.
