【摘要】：正继续教育不同于普通高等教育:普通高等教育侧重于培养理论型、科研型人才,继续教育则侧重于培养应用型、实践型人才,以满足社会生产一线需要为特征,即继续教育必须以人力资源市场为导向。它涉及“产、学、研”三方, (“产”是指有人才需求的用人单位,“学”是指受教育者,“研”是指承担继续教育教学科研的机构),这三方关系在人力资源市场
[Abstract]:The continuing education is different from the ordinary higher education: the general higher education focuses on the cultivation of theoretical, scientific and research talents, while the continuing education focuses on the cultivation of practical and practical talents, which is characterized by meeting the needs of social production. That is, continuing education must be oriented to the human resources market. It involves "production, learning, and research". ("production" refers to employing units with talent needs, "learning" refers to educatees, and "research" refers to institutions undertaking continuing education, teaching and scientific research. This tripartite relationship is in the human resources market.
