学校、社区合作推进智障人士终身教育的研究

【摘要】:特殊教育的发展是社会文明程度的重要标志。和谐社会的构建需要促进智障人士的社会融合,智障人士的社会融合需要终身的教育服务,智障人士的终身教育服务需要发挥特教学校和社区的积极作用。 本研究从和谐社会的构建、智障人士社会融合的角度出发,以上海市长宁区一所特殊教育学校和社区的合作为例,重点研究成年智障人士的终身教育实践。通过问卷调查、访谈,对社区智障人士的教育年限、生活安置、家庭教育、社区服务四个方面分析了智障人士教育和社会融合的现状。从合作共建、调研评估、资源整合三方面探讨了学校、社区合作推进智障人士终身教育的机制。基于关注差异、关注生活、关注合作的理念,本研究整合社区、特教学校等各方资源,重点开发和实施了一套社区智障人士终身教育课程,为社区智障人士提供直接和间接的终身教育康复服务。本研究还形成了学校、社区合作推进智障人士终身教育的策略:需求导向策略、文化建设策略、课程开发策略、家长参与策略和互相指导策略。 研究发现智障人士受教育年限不足,很多成年智障人士生活出于居家的封闭状态,社区“阳光之家”教师的专业知识和技能不足。研究表明,特教学校、社区合作推进智障人士终身教育的研究不仅促进了社区智障人士的社会融合和潜能开发,同时也促进了特教学校的变革和教师的专业发展。 在我国大陆地区,本研究以终身教育为视角,率先探讨特殊教育学校与社区合作为智障人士提供终身教育服务的问题,不仅能为学者研究社区教育和智障教育提供了一个鲜活的典型案例,从而丰富了社区教育和智障教育的理论研究,而且对推动社区教育和服务实践具有一定的借鉴意义。 智障人士终身教育本身是一项复杂而艰巨的工程。本研究对社区智障人士的终身教育方式进行了一定的探索,取得了一定的成效。在后续的研究中,可以整合更多的资源,探索智障人士终身教育服务模式的构建,切实满足社区智障人士更多元的需求。
[Abstract]:The development of special education is an important symbol of the degree of social civilization. The construction of a harmonious society needs to promote the social integration of the mentally retarded people. The social integration of the mentally retarded people needs life-long education service. The life-long education service of the mentally retarded people needs to play the active role of the special education schools and the community.
This study, based on the construction of a harmonious society and the social integration of mentally retarded people, takes the cooperation of a special education school and community in Changning District, Shanghai as an example, to focus on the lifelong education practice of adult mentally retarded people. Through questionnaires and interviews, the years of education, living, family education and community service for the community mentally retarded people are interviewed. The four aspects have analyzed the status of education and social integration of mentally retarded people. From the three aspects of co construction, research and evaluation and resource integration, the mechanism of promoting lifelong education for mentally retarded people in schools and community cooperation is discussed. Based on the concept of concern about differences, attention to life and cooperation, this research integrates the resources of the community, the special education school and other parties, and focuses on the development of the resources. A life-long education curriculum for community mentally retarded people is implemented to provide direct and indirect life-long education rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. This study also forms the strategy of promoting lifelong education for mentally retarded people: demand oriented strategy, cultural construction strategy, curriculum development strategy, parents' Participation Strategy and mutual guidance. Strategy.
The study found that mentally retarded people are less educated and that many adult mentally retarded people live out of the closed state of their home, and the professional knowledge and skills of the "Sunshine Home" teachers in the community are insufficient. Research shows that the research on the lifelong education of the mentally retarded people by the special education school is not only promoting the social integration and potential of the mentally handicapped people. Development has also promoted the transformation of special education schools and the professional development of teachers.
In the mainland of China, this study, taking the lifelong education as the perspective, takes the lead in exploring the problem of providing lifelong education for the mentally retarded people with the cooperation of special education schools and communities, which not only provides a fresh and typical case for scholars to study community education and mentally retarded education, thus enriching the theoretical research of community education and mentally retarded education, And it can be used for reference in promoting community education and service practice.
The life-long education of the mentally retarded people is a complex and arduous project. This study has carried on a certain exploration to the life-long education mode of the community mentally handicapped people and has achieved certain results. In the follow-up study, we can integrate more resources and explore the construction of life-long education service mode for the mentally retarded people and effectively meet the community mentally handicapped people.
