企业员工态度培训研究

【摘要】:企业员工态度培训是员工培训的三大内容之一。随着培训在企业人力资源开发中地位的不断提升,许多企业为了尽快建立、完善培训体系,在培训上的投资逐年递增,可谓花费了大量的人力、财力、物力。遗憾的是,培训后员工的工作绩效并没有预料的那样得到显著提升,但跳槽的员工却屡增不减,培训效果令人沮丧。 笔者通过对北京市部分企业的实际调查后发现,企业对员工态度培训的重视程度比较低,方法也不够科学。这在一定程度上影响了培训效果的发挥。因此,如何做好态度培训,进一步提高培训的效果,成为摆在企业管理者和企业培训人员面前的一个重大课题。 本文主要采用文献研究、问卷调查、网上调查和个别访谈相结合的方法,针对态度培训的特殊性,从态度理论的运用、具体方法的操作、影响态度培训的相关因素这三个方面,对如何提高态度培训的效果进行了阐释。 就笔者目前了解的情况看,在实际调查的基础上结合态度理论,系统地从上述三个方面研究企业员工态度培训的文献在国内还比较少见。本文也算是笔者的一项有益探索,希望能对准备或正在实施态度培训的企业起到一些借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Employee attitude training is one of the three main contents of employee training. With the continuous improvement of the status of training in the development of human resources in enterprises, many enterprises have invested a lot of manpower, wealth and material resources in order to establish and improve the training system as soon as possible. It has not been significantly improved, but the number of job hopping staff has been increasing. The training effect is frustrating.
Through the actual investigation of some enterprises in Beijing, the author finds that the importance of the enterprise to employee attitude training is low and the method is not scientific. This has influenced the training effect to a certain extent. Therefore, how to do a good job of attitude training and further improve the effectiveness of the training is put on the enterprise managers and enterprise trainers. A major issue in front of us.
This article mainly adopts the methods of literature study, questionnaire survey, online survey and individual interview, which aims at the particularity of attitude training, from the three aspects of the application of attitude theory, the operation of specific methods, and the related factors affecting the attitude training, and explains how to improve the effect of attitude training.
On the basis of the author's current understanding, it is still rare in China to systematically study the literature of employee attitude training from the above three aspects on the basis of the actual investigation and the attitude theory. This paper is also a useful exploration of the author, hoping to play some useful reference to the enterprises that are preparing for or practicing attitude training.
