国有企业职工深度素质培训初探

【摘要】：目前,虽然国有企业已逐渐意识到了人力资源培训的重要性,但在培训的具体实施上仍存在相当多的问题,实行职工深度素质培训可以比较有效地解决这些问题,提高国有企业的培训质量。
[Abstract]:At present, although state-owned enterprises have gradually realized the importance of human resources training, there are still quite a number of problems in the implementation of the training, and the implementation of in-depth quality training for workers can solve these problems more effectively. We will improve the quality of training for state-owned enterprises.
