我国成人高等教育存在的问题及发展对策研究

【摘要】： 建国后,随着成人高等教育的开展,使我国的成人教育层次、体系逐步得到了完善,取得了丰硕成果,形成了成人高等教育的独特的办学体系。但是随着国家教育事业的全面发展,特别是在普通高等教育的快速发展的形势面前,成人高等教育在自身快速发展的同时,也暴露出了许多运行机制和发展模式方面的问题,而这些问题又是关系到成人高等教育发展乃至生存的关键性问题,如不能得到及时有效的解决,将会对成人高等教育带来难以估量的不利影响。本研究从我国成人高等教育存在问题及其成因入手进行了认真的分析研究,提出了解决目前我国成人高等教育存在问题的对策,并对成人高等教育的发展思路进行了有益的探索,提出了构建社区化成人高等教育发展模式的设想。
[Abstract]:After the founding of the people's Republic of China, with the development of adult higher education, the system of adult education in our country has been gradually improved, and has achieved fruitful results, forming a unique system of running a school of adult higher education. However, with the overall development of national education, especially in the face of the rapid development of ordinary higher education, adult higher education has also exposed many problems in its operation mechanism and development model while it has developed rapidly. These problems are related to the development of adult higher education and even the survival of the key issues, if not timely and effective solution, will have an incalculable adverse impact on adult higher education. This research has carried on the serious analysis and the research from our country adult higher education existence question and its causes, has proposed the countermeasure which solves the present our country adult higher education existence question, It also makes a beneficial exploration on the development of adult higher education, and puts forward the idea of constructing the development mode of community adult higher education.
