建设新农村必须大力发展农村教育

【摘要】：目前农村经济发展滞后、城乡差距拉大、农民整体素质不高等问题,已明显成为我国经济社会进一步发展的瓶颈。党的十六届五中全会高瞻远瞩地提出了"建设社会主义新农村"的重大历史任务和发展战略,真可谓恰逢其时。这一任务和战略抓住了我国经济社会发展中的主要矛盾,指明了我国经济社会发展的方向,是促进我国经济社会长期稳定可持续增长的必由之路。为了深刻地认识和把握这一任务和战略,我们邀请了中国人民大学、中共中央党校以及北京行政学院的专家学者,围绕"建设社会主义新农村"这个主题,从农村市场经济体制的完善、农民教育、扶贫开发、农村基础设施建设、失地农民致贫问题的解决和"一村一品运动"的开展等多个方面、多个角度进行讨论。但愿这些讨论能够引起政府及社会各界的重视,产生良好的社会影响,对我国农村经济的发展和市场经济体制的完善起到积极的推动作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of rural economy lags behind, the gap between urban and rural areas is widening, and the overall quality of farmers is not high, which has obviously become the bottleneck of the further economic and social development of our country. The Fifth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward the great historical task and development strategy of "Building a New Socialist Countryside" with great foresight. This task and strategy grasps the main contradiction in our country's economic and social development, points out the direction of our country's economic and social development, and is the only way to promote the long-term stable and sustainable growth of our country's economy and society. In order to profoundly understand and grasp this task and strategy, we invited experts and scholars from Renmin University of China, the CPC Central Party School and the Beijing Institute of Administration to revolve around the theme of "Building a New Socialist Countryside." From the aspects of the perfection of rural market economy system, peasant education, poverty alleviation and development, rural infrastructure construction, the solution of poverty caused by landless farmers and the development of "one Village, one Product Movement", the paper discusses from many angles. I hope these discussions can arouse the attention of the government and all circles of society, produce good social influence, and play a positive role in promoting the development of rural economy and the perfection of market economy system in our country.
