谈农村职业教育发展的障碍及对策

【摘要】：农村职业教育的发展必须在消除障碍因素的情况下,充分发挥其现实作用,进一步明确在现阶段的主要作用及其准确定位,将大量的新增劳动力培养成为技术工人,融入到国家的城镇化浪潮中去,深化教学配套改革,加大政府扶持力度。
[Abstract]:The development of rural vocational education must give full play to its practical role under the condition of removing obstacles, further clarify its main role and its accurate orientation at the present stage, and train a large number of new labor force to become skilled workers. Melt into the country's urbanization tide, deepen the reform of teaching supporting, increase government support.
