劳动力跨区域流动中农民工职业培训问题研究——来自广东的实证分析

【摘要】：“农民工问题”是社会关注的热点,关于农民工在工资收入,劳动保护及权益维护等已有较多的讨论。本文以农民工职业培训为主题,通过对广东的实证分析,从经济学、社会学、劳动力跨区流动等角度来探讨农民工在经济发展中的重要作用、农民工职业素质问题,并提出了建立公共财政服务框架,遵循培训规律,整合资源,构建农民工职业培训新体系等思路。
[Abstract]:The problem of migrant workers is a hot topic of social concern, and there has been a lot of discussion on migrant workers in wage income, labor protection and rights and interests protection. This paper takes the vocational training of migrant workers as the theme, through the empirical analysis of Guangdong, from the perspective of economics, sociology, labor mobility and other angles to explore the important role of migrant workers in economic development, the professional quality of migrant workers. It also puts forward some ideas, such as establishing the framework of public financial service, following the law of training, integrating resources and constructing a new system of vocational training for migrant workers.
