身体哲学视域下现代体育教学的具身认知

【摘要】：传统体育教学实践中存在"离身性"体育认知思维的局限、"重心抑身"等体育教学理念的缺陷、"灌输式"体育教学方法之弊端、"意识语言"对体育教学话语权的制约等困惑,综合运用具身认知的相关理论,诠释现代体育教学的具身性意蕴在于人的主体性由身体来体现、主体认知活动通过身体与外界环境有机统一、主体通过身体器官及其运动能力进行认知活动等三个维度。在生命教育关怀下,为了使现代体育教学突出身体之重,我们应该构建"生命化、情境化"的具身性体育认知思维,主张"身心合一"的具身性体育教学理念,凸显"身体对话"的具身性体育教学方法,倡导"身体语言"的具身性体育教学话语权。
[Abstract]:In the practice of traditional physical education, there are some limitations in the cognitive thinking of physical education, such as the limitation of physical cognitive thinking, the defect of physical education teaching idea such as "center of gravity restraining body", the malpractice of "infused" physical education teaching method, the restriction of "conscious language" on the speech right of physical education teaching, and so on. By synthetically applying the relevant theories of physical cognition, this paper interprets the implication of modern physical education that the subjectivity of human beings is embodied by the body, and that the cognitive activities of the subject are organically unified through the body and the external environment. The subject carries on the cognitive activity through the body organ and its movement ability three dimensions. Under the care of life education, in order to make the modern physical education stress on the body, we should construct the "life, situational" cognitive thinking of physical sports, and advocate the teaching idea of "body and mind in one". To highlight the "body dialogue" physical education teaching method, advocate "body language" body sports teaching discourse.
