形意拳动作名称与传统文化内涵的研究

【摘要】：形意拳作为中国武术发展史上重要的拳种之一,其主要原因是它的动作是各种象形拳的总结基础上的创新,使动作更加仿形逼真。与此同时也蕴含着我国的传统文化等诸多特点深受人们喜爱.形意拳的诞生发展标记着中国武术发展的成熟阶段之一。在研究形意拳的由来和发展过程中,我们得知,形意拳能形成今天这样文化和拳种结合、技术风格各异,门派繁多,卓立于武术界的独特风貌,正是因为中国传统文化这片肥沃的土地滋生,滋育。形意拳不仅是武术界的优秀拳种更能体现出中华民族的聪明和智慧的结体。而且它是由历代武术家孜孜不倦,辛勤耕耘,使拳种技术风格融合了具有特色的中国传统文化。在中国传统文化中是不可缺少的重要部分。在了解深知象形拳的仿生原理和技能基础上加以创新,使该拳种在我国百余种内家拳中有主导地位,于太极、八卦,并成为武术内家拳三大拳派之一。在中国武术发展史上有着重要的里程碑。本次研究“动作名称和传统文化”这样一体系时,从两个基本点出发,一个是实践的基本点,二是理论基本点。认识从实践开始,经过实践得到的理论的认识必须回到实践中去。本次研究从中国传统文化的理论入手,以中国哲学、历史学、传统语言学、“天人合一、阴阳学、五行学”等概念开始进行剖析,试图开拓与现代生活现代文明的一条道路。本文的研究目的、在认真实践领悟形意拳与传统文化的过程中,使我们真切的接触客观世界及其规律。形意拳在传统文化中的体现,它不仅是一种拳种更能丰富体育内容同时也可以从拳种中借鉴许多有益的经验让后人懂得如何发展和继承形意拳,本次所研究的动作名称与传统文化内涵在今后能有效的帮助新编套路名称命名时不失中国传统文化语言内涵的同时对套路名称易懂、易记使学习者直观了解拳术名称。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important boxing types in the history of Chinese Wushu, the main reason is that its action is an innovation based on the summary of various pictographic boxing, which makes the action more lifelike. At the same time, it also contains our traditional culture and many other characteristics deeply loved by people. The birth and development of form-meaning boxing marks one of the mature stages of the development of Chinese Wushu. In the course of studying the origin and development of the form and will boxing, we know that it can form such a combination of culture and boxing as it is today, with different technical styles, various genres, and unique features of the martial arts world. It is precisely because of the fertile land of Chinese traditional culture, breeding. It is not only the outstanding boxing of martial arts, but also the intelligence and intelligence of the Chinese nation. And it is by successive dynasties martial arts painstakingly, hard work, makes the boxing technical style has the characteristic Chinese tradition culture. It is an indispensable part of Chinese traditional culture. On the basis of deeply understanding the bionic principle and skill of pictographic boxing, this kind of boxing has a dominant position in more than 100 kinds of internal boxing in our country, and it has become one of the three major boxing schools in Wushu. There is an important milestone in the history of Chinese Wushu. In this study, the system of action name and traditional culture starts from two basic points, one is the basic point of practice, the other is the basic point of theory. Cognition begins with practice, and the theory gained through practice must be returned to practice. This research begins with the theory of Chinese traditional culture, starting with the concepts of Chinese philosophy, history, traditional linguistics, "the unity of nature and man, the study of yin and yang, the study of five elements", and tries to open up a way of modern civilization with modern life. The purpose of this paper is to make us contact with the objective world and its rules in the process of earnestly practicing and comprehending the traditional culture. It is not only a kind of boxing that can enrich the sports content, but also can learn many useful experiences from the boxing so that future generations can understand how to develop and inherit it. The action names and traditional cultural connotations of this study can effectively help the new routine names to name in the future without losing the connotation of Chinese traditional cultural language at the same time it is easy to understand routine names and easy to remember so that learners can understand boxing names intuitively.
