体育院校体育教育专业篮球方向本科应用型人才培养课程方案比较研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的飞速发展,人们的体育意识正在逐渐加强,体育也受到越来越多人的青睐,需要一大批服务于一线的应用型体育人才,而我国体育人才的培养除竞技体育外,绝大部分体育人才的培养多依赖于高等体育院校。体育教育是体育院校的重要组成部分,篮球专项课又是体育教育专业的主干课程之一,作为培养服务于一线的篮球专业应用型人才,其人才培养规格关乎我国篮球事业的发展,理应得到重视。体育院校作为体育教育专业篮球专项人才培养的摇篮,篮球专项课程在当前形势下如何适应基础教育改革,如何适应社会发展的需求,如何达到培养目标的要求,是体育院校乃至全国体育教育工作者急需解决的问题。本文以全国14所体育专业院校体育教育专业篮球方向本科应用型人才培养课程方案为研究对象,通过对比分析找出当前体育院校体育教育专业篮球专项人才培养课程方案中存在的问题,并提出可行性建议,使体育院校体育教育专业篮球专项人才培养目标更加明确,课程设置更趋合理化。运用文献资料法、调查法、比较法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从人才培养目标、人才培养规格、课程设置等角度出发,对体育院校体育教育专业篮球方向本科应用型人才培养课程方案进行比较研究,并得出以下结论:1、体育院校体育教育专业以社会需求、人才培养课程方案为导向,以培养面向现代化的应用型人才为主,复合型人才为辅。2、体育院校体育教育专业在人才培养目标、培养规格上无实质性差异,部分体育院校公共选修课和专业选修的学时分配较少,不利于学生兴趣和特长的发展。3、除哈尔滨体育学院外,其他院校体育教育专业均开设有篮球专项课程。4、体育院校体育教育专业篮球专项课程教学内容的选取理应符合篮球运动的发展规律和篮球专项人才的培养目标。目前,体育院校体育教育专业篮球专项课程方案中教学内容的重点和特色突出明显不足。教学内容的重点以突出“内容”为主,而忽视了学生的主体地位;此外,教学内容特色不够鲜明,在教学内容的选取上随大流,无特色内容作为支撑。5、当前各体育院校体育教育专业篮球专项课程方案中教学时数存在明显差距,部分院校篮球专项课程的教学时数明显较少,在学生篮球专项能力的培养上,很难达到篮球专项人才培养目标的要求。6、我国体育院校体育教育专业篮球专项课程方案在考核评价上,重考核、轻评价,相对来说比较片面,对学生缺乏一个全面的考核评价过程。此外,篮球专项课程方案的考核评价体系缺乏科学性,在考核评价中主观性比较强,易受情感因素的影响。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, people's sports consciousness is gradually strengthened, sports is also favored by more and more people, which needs a large number of applied sports talents serving in the front line, and the training of sports talents in our country is not only competitive sports. The training of most sports talents depends on higher sports colleges and universities. Physical education is an important part of physical education colleges and universities, and basketball special course is one of the main courses of physical education specialty. As a kind of applied talents of basketball specialty serving in the front line, its talent training specification is related to the development of basketball cause in our country. It deserves attention. As the cradle of basketball talents training in physical education, how to adapt to the reform of basic education, how to adapt to the needs of social development and how to meet the requirements of the training goal in the special course of basketball under the current situation? Sports colleges and universities and even the national physical education workers urgently need to solve the problem. In this paper, the author takes the training program of applied talents as the object of study on the basketball orientation of physical education major in 14 physical education colleges and universities in China. Through comparative analysis to find out the existing problems in the current physical education specialty basketball special talent training course plan, and put forward the feasible suggestion, make the physical education specialty basketball special talent training goal more clear. The curriculum is more rationalized. Using the methods of literature, investigation, comparison, logic analysis, etc., from the point of view of talent training goal, talent training specification, curriculum, etc. In this paper, the author makes a comparative study on the training program of applied talents for basketball majors in physical education colleges and universities, and draws the following conclusions: the major of physical education in physical education colleges and universities is guided by social needs and talent training courses. The training of applied talents oriented to modernization is the main task, and the compound talents are supplementary. 2. There is no substantial difference in the training goals and training specifications of physical education majors in physical education colleges and universities. Public elective courses and elective courses of major in some physical education colleges are less allocated, which is not conducive to the development of students' interest and specialty, except Harbin Institute of physical Education, There are special courses of basketball in other colleges and universities. The selection of teaching contents of basketball special courses in physical education should accord with the law of basketball development and the training goal of basketball talents. At present, the emphases and characteristics of the teaching contents in the special basketball course scheme of physical education major in physical education colleges are obviously insufficient. The emphasis of the teaching content is to highlight the "content", while ignoring the main position of the students. In addition, the characteristics of the teaching content are not clear enough, and the selection of the teaching content follows the current. At present, there is a significant difference in the teaching hours in the special courses of physical education major, and the teaching hours of some special courses of basketball in some colleges are obviously less, so on the cultivation of students' special ability of basketball, there is no characteristic content as the support. It is very difficult to meet the requirement of training basketball special talents. 6. In the evaluation and evaluation of basketball special courses of physical education major in physical education colleges and universities in our country, emphasis is placed on assessment, less evaluation, and relatively one-sided. Lack of a comprehensive assessment process for students. In addition, the evaluation system of basketball special course scheme is lack of scientific nature, and it is subjective and easy to be influenced by emotional factors.
