穿MBT鞋在不同坡度行走时的足底压力研究

【摘要】:研究目的:本研究旨在探究穿MBT鞋在不同的坡度,上坡行走时的足底压力对人体足部健康的作用。假设穿MBT鞋在不同的坡度,上坡行走的足底压力对足部健康有积极的作用。研究方法:本实验筛选10名19-23岁宁波大学学生,使用宁波大学体育学院实验室的先进仪器Novel Pedar-X足底压力测试系统、H/P/COSMOS,Gaitway跑台采集在行走过程中足底各区的冲量、峰值压力、峰值压强。研究结果:研究发现穿MBT鞋在不同的坡度上行走的足底压力对足部健康有积极的作用,与实验假设相一致。穿MBT鞋从0度到6度足底BT、OT、MF、LF、LM区域冲量、峰值压力、峰值压强较小,是因为MBT鞋的鞋底结构具有快速过渡减震缓冲的功效。穿MBT鞋从0度到6度在足弓处均有明显的冲量、峰值压力、峰值压强,说明穿MBT鞋在足弓处有明显的支撑,能够分担足跟和前足区域承受量,从而致使前足和足跟处的冲量、峰值压力、峰值压强较小。穿MBT鞋随着坡度的增加从足跟到足弓的过渡较好,MBT的鞋底结构能够使足底的冲量、峰值压力、峰值压强分布较合理。穿MBT鞋从0度到6度前足内侧的冲量、峰值压力、峰值压强随着坡度的增大而增大,外侧从0度到4度随着坡度的增大也逐渐增大,但6度时前足外侧的冲量、峰值压力、峰值压强变化较大,可能是穿MBT鞋在坡度达到6度时前足外侧的冲量、峰值压力、峰值压强分配到了前足的内侧。研究结论:(1)随坡度的增加穿MBT鞋在足跟区域冲量减小,减少足跟着地时冲击力造成的伤害;(2)穿MBT鞋足弓区域各值增大支撑了足弓对发展足弓的稳定性有显著的功效;(3)穿MBT鞋随着坡度的增加从足跟到足弓的过渡较好。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of foot pressure on human foot health under different slopes and uphill walking conditions. Assuming that MBT shoes are on different slopes, foot pressure when walking uphill has a positive effect on foot health. Methods: ten students aged 19-23 years old from Ningbo University were selected. Using the advanced instrument Novel Pedar-X plantar pressure test system, the H / P / P / COSMOSX Gaitway treadmill was used to collect the impulse and peak pressure of every area of the foot during walking. Peak pressure. Results: it was found that the foot pressure of walking on different slopes of MBT shoes had a positive effect on foot health, which was consistent with the experimental hypothesis. Wear MBT shoes from 0 to 6 degrees foot soles BTOT / MF LFN LM area impulse, peak pressure, peak pressure is small, because the MBT shoe sole structure has the function of quick transition shock absorber and buffer. Wearing MBT shoes from 0 to 6 degrees has obvious impulse, peak pressure and peak pressure in the arch, indicating that wearing MBT shoes has obvious support in the arch, which can share the bearing capacity of heel and forefoot area, thus resulting in the impulse of front foot and heel. Peak pressure, peak pressure is small. With the increase of slope, the MBT shoe has a better transition from heel to arch. The sole structure of MBT can make the distribution of impulse, peak pressure and peak pressure of the foot more reasonable. The medial impulse, peak pressure and peak pressure of the front foot in MBT shoes from 0 to 6 degrees increase with the increase of the slope, and the lateral side increases with the increase of the slope from 0 to 4 degrees, but at 6 degrees, the impulse and peak pressure of the outer side of the forefoot increase gradually. The peak pressure may be the lateral impulse of the front foot when the slope reaches 6 degrees and the peak pressure are distributed to the inner side of the front foot. Conclusion: 1) with the increase of slope, the impulse of wearing MBT shoes decreases in the heel area. To reduce the damage caused by impact force in foot following ground (2) the increase of each value in foot arch area of MBT shoes supports the stability of foot arch. 3) with the increase of slope, the transition from heel to arch is better in wearing MBT shoes.
