民族传统体育项目采茶舞如何引入高校艺术体育课堂

【摘要】：随着我国教育模式的不断更新,高校艺术体育课程不再局限于以锻炼为主,还要求培养高校学子的综合素质。高校同样肩负着传承民族传统体育文化传承的使命,并且许多民族传统体育都适合在学校中开展。伴随文化经济的繁荣发展,采茶舞逐渐成为了一项具有民族特色的体育项目,主要是以连舞带唱为主,搭配采茶等相关动作来进行表演,其舞蹈动作简单易学,将其引入高校课堂,通过教育培养促使高校学子养成良好的文学素养。本文以采茶舞为例,分析民族传统体育项目引入高校艺术体育课程的方法与意义。将民族传统体育进入高校体育的课堂,旨在通过课程的引入,丰富高校教学内容,实现采茶舞与现代高校教育的融合,从而让民族传统体育文化得到推进与发扬。
[Abstract]:With the renewal of educational model in our country, the course of art and physical education in colleges and universities is no longer limited to exercise, but also requires the cultivation of comprehensive quality of students in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities also shoulder the mission of inheriting traditional national sports culture, and many national traditional sports are suitable to be carried out in schools. Along with the prosperous development of culture and economy, tea picking dance has gradually become a sports event with national characteristics. It mainly performs with dance band singing, matches tea picking and so on, and its dance movements are simple and easy to learn. It is introduced into the classroom of colleges and universities to promote the students to cultivate good literary literacy through education and cultivation. Taking tea picking dance as an example, this paper analyzes the methods and significance of introducing traditional national sports into art sports courses in colleges and universities. The purpose of this paper is to introduce traditional national sports into the classroom of college physical education in order to enrich the teaching contents of colleges and universities, to realize the fusion of tea picking dance and modern college education, so that the traditional national sports culture can be promoted and carried forward.
