双子模型视域下羽毛球男子单打运动员竞技能力优化研究

【摘要】：“林李大战”代表羽坛男子单打最高水平,谌龙的崛起改变这种态势,呈现出“三足鼎立”局面。本研究运用文献资料法、数理统计法、视频观察法分别对李宗伟与林丹、谌龙在2013年至2015年比赛数据进行整理和分析,得到李宗伟在竞赛过程中技战术运用、体能的状况、心理能力稳定性的数据指标,总结出世界优秀男子单打运动员李宗伟的竞技能力特征：1、技战术：前场：手法细腻、精细程度高、击球得率高；中场：回场速度快、过渡球意识强、得分能力较弱；后场：出球手法多样化,进攻得分能力相对较弱。2、体能主要是通过比赛中的多拍得失分率来体现。羽毛球胜负拍数频数主要集中在2-11拍；在得分率相近的情况下,李宗伟的失分率比谌龙高约5%；在与林丹比赛中,得分率低3.86%、失分率高3.35%。在11拍以上,李宗伟与谌龙的得失分基本持平,林丹在得分率上占绝对优势,高出8%。3、心理能力的稳定性主要是通过在关健时刻(相持阶段)得失分来体现。李宗伟和谌龙关键时刻(相持阶段)得分比是1：5、失分比是4：3；李宗伟和的林丹关键时刻(相持阶段)’得分比是0：1、失分比是4：2；因此,李宗伟心理能力的稳定性低于林丹、谌龙。运用双子模型理论的思想和方法为基础,从辨证的角度来思考个体竞技能力到整体竞技能力提高的方法,得出强化世界优秀羽毛球男子单打竞技能力特征的建议：1、增强前场的抢攻意识,提高击球技术的精细性、主动得分能力,减少失误；加强中场抽挡能力,提高过渡意识；加强后场杀球的威胁性和得分能力,高球、吊球、杀球灵活组合,技战术的多样性。2、加强运动员在2-11拍范围内专项体能的训练,强化运动员的爆发力、快速得分能力；同时,应该强化多回合中制胜一拍的能力。3、注加强心理方面的教育及意志品质的培养,形成良好的抗压能力；保持自己的运动节奏,专注于运动过程,调节自己情绪,从而达到一种流畅的运动体验,保持心理的稳定性。
[Abstract]:"Lin Li war" represents the highest level of men's singles in badminton. Chen Long's rise changes this situation and presents a situation of "tripartite tripartite". This study collated and analyzed the competition data of Li Zongwei, Lin Dan and Chen long from 2013 to 2015 by means of literature, mathematical statistics, and video observation, and got Li Zongwei in the competition. The frequency of badminton wins and negative shots is mainly concentrated in 2-11 beat; in the case of similar scoring rate, Li Zongwei's loss rate is about 5% higher than Chen long, and the score rate is low 3.86% and the loss rate is high in the match with Lin Dan. In the 11 pat above, Li Zongwei and Chen Long's gain and loss are basically equal, Lin Dan has an absolute advantage in the scoring rate, higher than 8%.3, and the stability of psychological ability is mainly reflected by the gain and loss in Guan Jian's time (the phase of stalemate). The score ratio of Li Zongwei and Chen Long (the phase of stalemate) is 1:5, and the loss ratio is 4:3; Li Zongwei and Lin Danguan. The score ratio of the key moment (holding stage) is 0:1 and the loss ratio is 4:2; therefore, the stability of Li Zongwei's psychological ability is lower than Lin Dan, Chen long. Based on the thought and method of the double model theory, the method of thinking the individual competitive ability to the overall competitive ability is thought from the dialectical point of view, and the man of the world excellent badminton is strengthened. The characteristics of the competitive ability of the singles are: 1, to enhance the awareness of the attack in the front field, to improve the precision of the batting technique, to take the initiative to score the ability, to reduce the error; to strengthen the ability of the midfield pumping and to improve the awareness of the transition; to strengthen the threat and scoring ability of the back field, the high ball, the sling ball, the flexible combination of the killing ball, the diversity of tactics and tactics, and the strengthening of the athletes in 2.2 -11 in the range of special physical fitness training to strengthen the sportsmen's explosive power and fast scoring ability; at the same time, we should strengthen the ability to win a beat in multiple rounds, strengthen the psychological education and the cultivation of the will quality, form a good compression ability, maintain his own movement rhythm, focus on the movement process, adjust his emotions, and To achieve a smooth movement experience and maintain psychological stability.
