基于自主治理理论的新生代农民工城市社区体育融入问题研究

【摘要】：以埃莉诺·奥斯特罗姆的自主治理理论为指导,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,浅析新生代农民工融入城市社区体育过程中存在的问题及其根源所在。研究认为,城市社区体育"自治"的体育管理模式具有内生的协调机制,可以有效回应新生代农民工的体育诉求。提出以强化自治意识、建立特别委员会机制保障体育诉求渠道的畅通、健全体育法律法规与社区体育自治管理活动的常规机制、构建需求为导向的社区体育公共服务供给体系、形成体育文化促进深层次地融合为应对新生代农民工社区体育融入困境的重要途径。
[Abstract]:Guided by Eleanor Ostrom's theory of autonomous governance, this paper analyzes the problems and their root causes in the process of the new generation of migrant workers' integration into urban community sports by using the method of literature and logical analysis. The study holds that the sports management mode of "autonomy" of urban community sports has an endogenous coordination mechanism, which can effectively respond to the sports demands of the new generation of migrant workers. To strengthen the sense of autonomy, to establish a special committee mechanism to ensure the smooth channels of sports appeals, to improve the sports laws and regulations and the regular mechanism of community sports autonomy management activities, to build a demand-oriented community sports public service supply system. The formation of sports culture to promote deep integration is an important way to deal with the plight of community sports integration of the new generation of migrant workers.
