供需视角下杭州市钱塘江北岸一桥三桥段设立健身路径的研究
[Abstract]:According to document No. 46 of the State Council in 2014, national fitness has risen to the strategic status of the country, and it has set a clear direction for the development of sports in China, and the (national) fitness path is an important part of the national fitness project. Therefore, it can be said that the construction level of fitness path is related to whether our country can better realize the national strategic goal of national fitness. However, in our country, the fitness path has always been supplied by the government according to its own will, resulting in the asymmetry of information between the government supply and the mass demand, and the sports public facilities can not effectively meet the mass fitness demand. Furthermore, it is difficult to arouse the enthusiasm of the masses to keep fit. It is an urgent problem for the government sports department to meet the increasing sports demand of the masses under the condition that the total amount of sports public facilities is insufficient and the social resources are limited. The section of Qiantang River on the north bank of Hangzhou City belongs to the jurisdiction of Shangcheng District. As a central and old urban area of Hangzhou, public fitness venues are very limited, and the per capita share of sports resources is seriously lower than the average level of the city. It is the only district in Hangzhou that does not belong to a sports center. Therefore, at the "two sessions" of the Upper Urban District in 2014, some representatives proposed to increase the construction of public fitness venues in Shangcheng District and set up a national fitness path along the Qiantang River. In order to better meet the fitness needs of the masses, the uptown government attaches great importance to it. From the point of view of the demand and supply of sports public service, this paper studies whether it is appropriate and necessary to set up a fitness path along the three bridges along the north bank of Qiantang River in Hangzhou, which acts as the role of project proposal. Study object: 1, whether the government has the supply condition to set up the fitness path in the section of the first bridge and the third bridge along the north bank of the river, and whether the residents along the river have the demand and demand preference for the fitness path along the river. Methods: this paper uses the methods of literature, field investigation, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics. The research process: 1, through consulting the literature to obtain the data related to the fitness path, through the field investigation preliminary measurement and statistics that this section can be used to set up the fitness path area; 2, through the interview with the relevant government departments to understand the establishment of fitness path in the Qiantang River north bank of the third bridge section of the policy, funds, venues and other aspects of management requirements, excluding areas that do not meet the requirements; 3. The demand and preference for sports public facilities of residents along the Yangtze River were studied by questionnaire. The results showed that the sports public facilities in the third section of the first bridge on the north bank of the Qiantang River in Hangzhou were on the low side, which could not meet the fitness needs of the residents along the river. The satisfaction of the residents along the river was low, and the public sports facilities were expected to be added. 2. There are eight sites in the section of Qiantang River north bank, one bridge and three bridges, which meet the management requirements of government departments, and have the conditions for setting up the funds for the fitness path. The project has certain necessity and feasibility. Finally, the comprehensive site conditions and government management requirements. The basic construction scheme of fitness path along the Yangtze River is provided under the factors of the residents' demand preference and the supply of the surrounding potential sports public facilities. It is hoped that this study can make a sound and feasible plan for the government decision-making departments and play an active and effective role in promoting the scientific decision making.
