影响江苏省部分退役运动员就业满意度的主因子分析

【摘要】：江苏省一直是我国的体育大省,运动健儿在奥运会、亚运会为国家摘金披银,国内的全运会也是名列前茅,在大家享受运动健儿带来的快乐时,他们退役后的工作安排理应备受重视,切不可忽略,这是一个事关江苏竞技体育可持续发展的重要命题,必须予以厘清并获得圆满解决。该文章以江苏省部分退役运动员为调查对象。运用文献资料法,问卷调查法,主因子分析法和数理统计法对江苏省退役运动员的就业安置现状和其影响因素做了探讨。其中问卷的信度采用了再测法和KMO检验与Bartlett检验,问卷的效度进行了两轮的专家咨询。将得到的数据通过SPSS统计软件进行R-型因子分析,最终得出影响江苏省退役运动员就业的三个主要因素。研究结果主要包括江苏省不同种类退役运动员安置方式现状;江苏省不同种类退役运动员收入现状;影响江苏省退役运动员就业的主要要影响因素等。通过调查分析,得出如下结论:1、在不同竞技专项的退役运动员中,蹦床、射击等社会认知度不高的冷门项目被组织安置概率相对较高。而当下比较火热的乒羽网等小球类专项的退役运动员被组织安置率相对较低,自谋职业率相对较高,并且在收入上具有明显优势。2、在不同竞技成就的退役运动员中,被组织安置的退役运动员主要集中在国家健将及以上,竞技成就相对较低的退役运动员不具备被组织安置的资格。也有少量竞技成就高的退役运动员选择自谋在职业。3、组织安置的因素是多方面的,最主要的是竞技成就,教育背景和社会关系(人脉)也是重要的考量标准。调查结果表明本科学历要比高中学历的退役运动员组织安置率高。4、退役运动员的就业安置方向会受到其家庭情况的影响。父辈是公务人员/事业单位或是企业工作者都会潜移默化的影响子女的就业选择。5、通过R-型因子分析,得出现阶段影响江苏省退役运动员就业成败的因素主要有3类,按方差贡献率大小排列为:自身社会竞争力、国家政策保障、社会发展动态6、最后,文章针对影响江苏省退役运动员就业成败主要因素提出针对江苏省退役运动员就业安置的合理化建议。
[Abstract]:Jiangsu Province has always been a major sports province in China. Athletes in the Olympic Games, the Asian Games for the country to pick gold and silver, the domestic national games are also among the best, while everyone enjoys the joy brought by athletes. Their work arrangements after retirement should be attached importance to, must not be ignored, this is an important proposition related to the sustainable development of competitive sports in Jiangsu, must be clarified and satisfactorily resolved. This article takes some retired athletes in Jiangsu Province as the object of investigation. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, principal factor analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper discusses the present situation of employment and placement of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province and its influencing factors. The reliability of the questionnaire was tested by re-test, KMO test and Bartlett test, and the validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by two rounds of expert consultation. The data are analyzed by R- type factor analysis with SPSS software, and three main factors affecting the employment of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province are obtained. The results mainly include the present situation of different types of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province, the income status of different types of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province, and the main factors affecting the employment of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province. Through the investigation and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, among the retired athletes of different competitive special items, the cold door events, such as trampoline, shooting and so on, have relatively high probability of being organized and placed. However, the current relatively hot ping feather net and other small ball game special retired athletes are relatively low in organization placement rate, relatively high rate of self-employment, and have obvious advantages in income. 2, among the retired athletes with different competitive achievements, The retired athletes were mainly concentrated in the national fitness and above, and the retired athletes with relatively low athletic achievement did not have the qualifications to be arranged by the organization. There are also a small number of retired athletes with high athletic achievement who choose to seek their own career. 3. The factors of organization and placement are various, the most important is competitive achievement, educational background and social relationship (network) is also an important criterion. The results show that the organizational placement rate of retired athletes with undergraduate degree is higher than that of retired athletes with high school education. 4. The employment orientation of retired athletes will be affected by their family situation. The parents are public servants, institutions or enterprise workers who will imperceptibly affect their children's choice of employment. Through the R- type factor analysis, it is concluded that there are three main factors that affect the success or failure of the employment of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province at this stage. According to the variance contribution rate, the order is: its own social competitiveness, the national policy guarantee, the social development dynamics 6, finally, Aiming at the main factors influencing the employment success of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for employment placement of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province.
