山东省高校体育教育专业教师专业发展研究

【摘要】:体育是教育中的一个重要组成部分,良好的体育教育是培养德、智、体、美全面发展的现代化人才的重要条件。在我国教育改革的大背景下,教师作为教育者,关系到教育改革政策能否有效地贯彻及实施,其自身专业化程度的高低也直接影响到教学质量的好坏。由此可见,教师是教育改革的推进动力还是阻碍因素,取决于教师自身素养的高低。 高校体育教育专业教师作为体育教师中的一个特殊的群体,除了要培养学生良好的运动精神、运动习惯,,促进学生身心全面发展之外,还肩负着培养和教育中小学体育教师的重任。其教育思想、方法、理念等,都将间接地影响到我国今后中小学体育课程的教育情况,由此可见,高校体育教育专业教师的专业化发展至关重要。 教师专业化问题早已受到国内外的广泛关注,本研究选取“高校体育教育专业教师”这一特殊群体,通过对山东师范大学、济南大学、潍坊学院、滨州学院、曲阜师范大学等十所高校中不同教龄、不同学历、不同职称等教师的比较分析,对当前山东省内各高校体育教育专业教师的专业化发展情况进行调查,从其专业理念、专业技术等诸多方面进行了分析总结,旨在发现其专业化发展中所存在的问题,以求找出合理地应对策略,以更好地推进体育教师专业化的发展。 本研究主要使用调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法,对高校教师在其专业理念、专业知识、专业技能、情意培养、课程评价等方面进行了调查研究。 结论表明: (1)高校体育教育专业的教师的教育意识及教育思想状况普遍较好,但也依然存在着创新能力不足、教学观念陈旧、教学方法落后等问题,良好的教学观念还没有与教学行为实践做到有机的结合,这些都制约着教师的专业发展。 (2)高校体育教育专业教师的对于专业知识与技能掌握情况良好,但在实际地教学过程中,“重教学,轻教育”的情况依然严重,对于学生思想状况及心理问题的关注度不够,师生关系等问题有待改善,对于自身作为“培养教师的教师”这一定位理解不够。 (3)学校及社会各界对于高校体育教育教师的支持度有待提高,体育教师的社会地位低、教师评价方式单一、教师待遇等问题都阻碍着教师的专业发展。 (4)明确专业发展的方向、继续教育、自我提高、完善相关制度建设是山东省高校体育教育专业教师专业发展的具体实施策略。
[Abstract]:Physical education is an important part of education, and good physical education is an important condition for cultivating modern talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. Under the background of educational reform in China, teachers, as educators, are related to the effective implementation of educational reform policies, and the degree of specialization directly affects the quality of teaching. It can be seen that teachers are the driving force or hindrance factor of educational reform, depending on the teacher's own quality. As a special group of PE teachers, physical education teachers in colleges and universities should not only cultivate students' good sports spirit and habits, but also promote the all-round development of students' body and mind. It is also shouldering the important task of training and educating PE teachers in primary and secondary schools. Its educational thought, method, idea and so on, all will influence our country's future primary and secondary school physical education curriculum education situation indirectly, therefore, the university physical education specialized teacher's specialization development is very important. The problem of teacher professionalization has already received extensive attention both at home and abroad. This study selects the special group of "college physical education professional teachers", through the Shandong normal University, Jinan University, Weifang University, Binzhou University, Based on the comparative analysis of teachers with different teaching years, different academic qualifications and different titles in ten universities such as Qufu normal University, this paper investigates the professional development of physical education teachers in various colleges and universities in Shandong Province, and from the perspective of their professional concepts, In order to find out the problems existing in the professional development of PE teachers and to find out the reasonable strategies to promote the professional development of PE teachers, this paper analyzes and sums up many aspects such as professional technology and so on. This research mainly uses the investigation method, the literature method, the mathematical statistics method, has carried on the investigation and the research to the university teacher in its specialized idea, the specialized knowledge, the specialized skill, the emotion cultivation, the curriculum appraisal and so on. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the teachers of physical education major in colleges and universities generally have good educational consciousness and educational ideology, but there are still some problems, such as insufficient innovation ability, outdated teaching ideas and backward teaching methods, etc. Good teaching concept has not been combined organically with teaching practice, which restricts teachers' professional development. (2) the teachers of physical education in colleges and universities have a good grasp of professional knowledge and skills, but in the process of practical teaching, the situation of "attaching importance to teaching rather than education" is still serious. It is not enough to pay attention to students' ideological and psychological problems, to improve the relationship between teachers and students, and to understand themselves as "teachers to train teachers". (3) the degree of support for PE teachers in colleges and universities needs to be improved, the social status of PE teachers is low, the way of teachers' evaluation is single, the teachers' treatment and so on are all hindering teachers' professional development. (4) making clear the direction of professional development, continuing education, self-improvement and perfecting the related system construction are the specific implementation strategies for the professional development of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Shandong Province.
