【摘要】:“振兴民族的希望在教育,振兴教育的关键在教师。”为了提高国际竞争力,世界各国都在积极推进教师专业化。世界各国对教师专业化发展备受关注的结果必然导致教师教育一体化,教师教育各阶段之间和各个方面之间的相互脱节和分离,没有实现“一体化”成为影响教师专业质量的主要原因。此外,在信息时代和学习化社会趋势的影响下,教师的一次性教育远远不能适应社会发展的要求。师范生作为未来教师力量的主要来源,其职前教育是教师专业发展的起点,其培养质量将直接影响教师专业化水平和整个国家的教育质量,进而影响国家的国际竞争力,所以师范生的职前培养质量至关重要。 随着多媒体与网络技术的不断发展,教育信息化的发展也不断深入,各类信息技术被应用于教育领域中,与此同时,新技术引起的学习方式与评价方式的改革也覆盖了教育的各个领域,也包括教师专业发展。在网络环境下应运而生的电子档案袋,以其丰富的内涵和优势成为能够有效支持师范生终身学习和专业发展的有力工具。目前为止,己有电子档案袋的研究主要是集中在中小学生的电子档案袋上,专门针对师范生电子档案袋的研究相对较少,研究深度也显得不够。从教师的职前教育和职后培养一体化的角度对师范生电子档案袋的研究则更少。本文因此确定选题,并进行了以下研究: 首先,笔者查阅了大量与电子档案袋、教师专业发展和教师教育一体化相关的国内外文献资料,并跟踪了几个可以获得的电子档案袋系统,在文献综述中分析了电子档案袋的内涵和功能,阐述了国内外对电子档案袋的研究和应用现状,并分析了已有电子档案袋系统的特征,希望在本系统中得到借鉴。接着,通过文献研究,分析了本研究的理论基础,包括教师专业发展理论,知识管理理论和反思性思维理论等。再次,通过文献研究和内容分析,文章对支持教师教育一体化的师范生电子档案袋进行了详细的需求分析,并对该系统的系统架构,功能模块,主要的界面设计和数据库设计等进行研究。最后,文章论述了系统的开发环境和应用的关键技术。
[Abstract]:"the hope of revitalizing the nation lies in education, and the key to revitalizing education lies in teachers..." in order to improve international competitiveness. Countries all over the world are actively promoting the professionalization of teachers. The result of the attention paid by the countries all over the world to the development of teacher specialization is bound to lead to the integration of teacher education. The disconnection and separation between the different stages and aspects of teacher education and the failure to realize "integration" have become the main reasons that affect the professional quality of teachers. Under the influence of the information age and the trend of learning society, the one-off education of teachers is far from meeting the requirements of social development. Normal school students are the main source of teachers' power in the future. Pre-service education is the starting point of teachers' professional development, and its training quality will directly affect the professional level of teachers and the quality of education in the whole country, and then affect the international competitiveness of the country. So the quality of pre-service training of normal school students is very important. With the continuous development of multimedia and network technology, the development of educational information technology is also deepening, all kinds of information technology is applied in the field of education, at the same time. The reform of learning style and evaluation mode caused by new technology also covers all fields of education, including the professional development of teachers. In the network environment, electronic portfolio emerges as the times require. With its rich connotation and advantages, it has become a powerful tool to effectively support the lifelong learning and professional development of normal school students. So far, the research of electronic portfolio has mainly focused on the electronic portfolio of primary and middle school students. There is relatively little research on electronic portfolio for normal college students. The research depth is not enough. From the perspective of the integration of pre-service education and post-vocational training, there is less research on the electronic portfolio of normal school students. Therefore, this paper determines the topic, and carries out the following research: First of all, the author consulted a large number of domestic and foreign literature related to the electronic portfolio, teacher professional development and teacher education integration, and tracked several available electronic portfolio systems. In the literature review, this paper analyzes the connotation and function of electronic portfolio, expounds the research and application status of electronic portfolio at home and abroad, and analyzes the characteristics of the existing electronic portfolio system. Hope to be used for reference in this system. Then, through the literature study, analyzed the theoretical basis of this study, including teacher professional development theory, knowledge management theory and reflective thinking theory. Again. Through literature research and content analysis, this paper analyzes the requirements of the electronic portfolio of teachers' students which supports the integration of teacher education, and analyzes the system structure and function module of the system. The main interface design and database design are studied. Finally, the development environment and key technologies of the system are discussed.
