【摘要】：幸福感是衡量大学生心理生活质量的一项重要指标,也是影响大学生健康成长的一项重要因素,对大学生的社会化和成熟度的影响不可估量。本研究将重点对大学生的自我体像、社会比较与主观幸福感三者之间做出初步探讨。为大学生自我体像、社会比较与主观幸福感的研究提供理论和实践依据,以便对大学生进行针对性的体像辅导,从而提高大学生的主观幸福感。本研究采用本研究采用分层整群抽样的方法,使用自我体像问卷(MBSRQ)、社会比较问卷(大学生社会比较特点问卷)和主观幸福感问卷(GWB)对湖南省内2所高校的900名学生进行了问卷调查。主要采用SPSS19.0、AMOS17.0统计软件,运用多因素方差分析、相关分析、回归分析、路径分析等方法,并探讨了大学生的自我体像、社会比较、主观幸福感的现状及其相互关系。研究结果表明： (1)女生更重视自己的外貌、体重和整体体像,且希望通过正常、健康的途径来保持良好的自我体像；男生也存在体像烦恼,容易做出趋于消极的自我评价。在控制感、易比性、体验性、参照性和突出性维度上男生及其显著高于女生。女生主观幸福感总体高于男生。 (2)高年级学生更关注自身体像,着力追求完美的自我；低年级学生生活简单,态度乐观。高年级学生社会比较特点的消极特征要更为明显一些。 (3)艺术系的学生对自我体象的评估和关注均高于文科、理科、医学系。文科的主观幸福感显著高于理科、医学系和艺术系。 (4)自我体象和主观幸福感存在显著正相关,社会比较和自我体像、主观幸福感呈显著负相关。 (5)自我体像对社会比较和主观幸福感有较好的预测作用。 (6)自我体像影响社会比较,自我体像影响主观幸福感,社会比较在自我体像和主观幸福感及其各维度之间发挥部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Well - being is an important index to measure the quality of college students ' psychological life . It is also an important factor that affects the healthy growth of college students . The study will focus on the study of college students ' self - portrait , social comparison and subjective well - being . This study provides theoretical and practical basis for the study of self - portrait , social comparison and subjective well - being of college students . In this study , 900 students from 2 colleges and universities in Hunan province were investigated by using the method of stratified cluster sampling , using SPSS 10.0 and AMOS17 . 0 statistics software , using ANOVA , correlation analysis , regression analysis and path analysis . The results show that : ( 1 ) Female students pay more attention to their appearance , body weight and overall body image , and hope to keep good self - esteem through normal and healthy ways ; the boys also have body - like troubles and tend to negative self - evaluation . In terms of control feeling , vulnerability , experiential , reference and prominence , there are boys and their significantly higher than girls . The subjective well - being of girls is higher than that of boys . ( 2 ) The higher - grade students are more concerned with the self - body image and strive for the perfect self ; the low - grade students have a simple life and an optimistic attitude . The negative characteristics of the higher - grade students ' social comparison characteristics are more obvious . ( 3 ) The students ' subjective well - being of arts department is higher than that of science , medical department and art department . ( 4 ) There was a significant negative correlation between self - body image and subjective well - being , social comparison and self - body image and subjective well - being . ( 5 ) Self - body image has a better prediction effect on social comparison and subjective well - being . ( 6 ) Self - body image affects social comparison , self - body image affects subjective well - being , and social comparison plays a part between self - body image and subjective well - being and its dimensions .
