论教师发展中的明蔽素质

【摘要】：教师发展的内在动力源于对自身遮蔽性的把握,但又离不开遮蔽性思维与方法。教师自身的遮蔽性表现在知、情、行三个基本方面,相应构成有知之蔽、有情之蔽与有为之蔽,探索这些遮蔽性及其功能,对当下的教师教育具有重要的理论意义与实践价值。
[Abstract]:The inner motive force of teachers' development comes from the grasp of their own obscurity, but it is inseparable from their sheltering thinking and methods. The teachers' own obscurity is manifested in three basic aspects: knowing, feeling and doing. Exploring these masking and its functions is of great theoretical and practical value to the present teacher education.
