教育家二题:教育家精神与教育家办学——以傅任敢先生为例

【摘要】:当前,"教育家办学"已成为一个引起广泛反响的时代命题。文章总结了傅任敢在长期的办学实践中所形成的教育精神,并以此说明,任何一个教育家都有一个成长过程和教育文化积累过程。教育家是历史形成的,实践锻造的,永远不可能被模式化、批量化地制造出来。文章最后以傅任敢的实例说明教育家办学不是给学校管理者戴上教育家的光环,更不是以商业性操作浮躁轻率地给校长冠以教育家的头衔,而是要求办学者负起社会的重任和人民的嘱托,遵循教育规律,努力研究教育学及学校管理面临的问题与挑战,不谋私利,不屈不挠,沿着正确的方向引领学校发展。
[Abstract]:At present, "educator running school" has become an epochal proposition which has caused wide response. The article summarizes the educational spirit formed by Fu Rendang in his long-term practice of running a school, and explains it as a result. Any educator has a process of growth and accumulation of educational culture. The educator is formed by history, forged by practice, and can never be modelled. At the end of the article, it was illustrated by Fu Ren-dang 's example that school running by educationalists is not to give school administrators the aura of educationalists, nor is it to impugnance and impetuosity in commercial operations to give the principal the title of educator. Instead, the scholars should take the responsibility of the society and the people's mandate, follow the law of education, study the problems and challenges faced by pedagogy and school management, do not seek self-interest, indomitable, and lead the development of the school in the right direction.
