对随班就读师资培养中现有政策法规的思考

【摘要】：目前,我国已初步形成随班就读师资培养的政策法规系统,但仍存在着权威性和实际法律效力较低、缺乏对执法的要求和监督、相关规定不够具体和难以评估成效等现象。提高随班就读师资培养的质量和水平,应尽快修订现有的政策法规,制定相关法律法规的实施细则,加快专项法律的立法进程,发挥政策法规的导引作用,增强执法力度。同时,还要加大政策法规宣传,提高遵法、守法和执法的意识。
[Abstract]:At present, China has initially formed a system of policies and regulations for the training of teachers in the same class, but there are still some phenomena, such as low authority and actual legal effectiveness, lack of requirements and supervision for law enforcement, lack of concrete and difficult to evaluate the effectiveness of relevant provisions, etc.In order to improve the quality and level of teacher training, we should revise the existing policies and regulations as soon as possible, formulate the implementing rules and regulations of relevant laws and regulations, speed up the legislative process of special laws, give play to the guiding role of policies and regulations, and strengthen the enforcement of laws and regulations.At the same time, we should increase the publicity of policies and regulations, improve the awareness of compliance, compliance and enforcement.
