班主任的七项智慧修炼

【摘要】:正班主任工作是一项颇具复杂性的工作,不仅需要具有创意的教育或管理策略,还需要充满智慧的修养。有了智慧的修养,班主任才能更好地服务学生,促其健康快乐成长。有些班主任积累了一些具有创意的教育或管理策略,但往往多为散点式的,缺乏序列性与迁移性,仍然很难培育出优秀的班集体。智慧的班主任则以培养学生健全人格为长远目标,充满激情与动力地去生成并整合有效的策略,系统地促进学生全面发展和优秀班集体的培育。笔者以为,要想成为一名智慧的班主任,至少需要进行七项修炼。一、一个理念:以学生健康快乐成长为本
[Abstract]:The full head teacher is a complicated work, which not only needs creative education or management strategy, but also needs wisdom.With wisdom, the head teacher can better serve the students and promote their healthy and happy growth.Some class teachers have accumulated some creative education or management strategies, but often for scattered type, lack of sequence and mobility, it is still difficult to cultivate an excellent class collective.A wise head teacher takes the cultivation of students' sound personality as the long-term goal, generates and integrates effective strategies with passion and motivation, and systematically promotes the all-round development of students and the cultivation of excellent class collectives.The author thinks, want to become a wise class teacher, need to carry on at least 7 kinds of practice.First, an idea: based on the healthy and happy growth of students
