上海大型居住社区面临的教育难题及其突破

【摘要】：近年来,上海"大居"建设取得了显著成绩,与此同时,教育也成为"大居"面临的重要民生问题。表现为学校面积及地块形状偏离行业标准,选址不理想,学校总量偏少;建设速度缓慢,建设标准不高;优质资源总量不足,社区教育缺失等。这些问题可能导致居民流通不畅,不满情绪积聚,属地政府负担沉重,学校班额、规模偏大,师资匮乏等不良影响。政府应从提高教育配套规划标准,加快教育配套建设速度,扩充教育资源总量,加快市中心优质教育资源引进步伐,完善社区教育体系等多方面缓解"大居"教育难题。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of "Big House" in Shanghai has made remarkable achievements, at the same time, education has become an important livelihood problem faced by "Big House". It shows that school area and plot shape deviate from the industry standard, the location is not ideal, the total amount of school is on the low side, the construction speed is slow, the construction standard is not high, the total quantity of high quality resources is insufficient, the community education is missing and so on. These problems may lead to poor circulation of residents, accumulation of discontent, heavy burden on the territorial government, large school class size, lack of teachers and other adverse effects. The government should improve the standard of supporting planning of education, speed up the construction of supporting education, expand the total amount of educational resources, speed up the pace of introducing high quality educational resources in the city center, and improve the community education system to alleviate the educational problems of "big dwelling".
