浙江省宁波市教育科研课题实施三类五级管理

【摘要】:正日前,宁波市针对教育科研存在着管理机构重叠错位,立项评比多头重复,人力财力分散浪费,基层学校(单位)和教师开展教育科研无所适从等一系列问题,创新了教育科研课题管理新办法,出台了《关于进一步规范教育科研课题管理的若干意见》文件,进一步理顺了管理关系。主要有三个方面的变化:一是理顺了课题管理的层级关系。该课题管理办法在"教科规划领导小组"的统一领导下,在政府、规划、专业等三类课题中实行五级管理。
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, Ningbo City had a series of problems, such as overlapping and dislocation of administrative bodies in education and scientific research, repeated evaluation of projects, scattered waste of human resources and financial resources, confusion among grass-roots schools (units) and teachers in carrying out educational scientific research, and so on. This paper has innovated the new method of educational scientific research subject management, issued some opinions on further standardizing the subject management of education scientific research, and further straightened out the management relationship. There are mainly three aspects of change: first, straighten out the hierarchical relationship of subject management. Under the unified leadership of "Educational Planning leading Group", the project management method implements five levels of management in three kinds of subjects, such as government, planning, specialty and so on.
