大学生道德困境问卷的初步编制及相关因素分析研究

【摘要】：道德困境常指道德的两难选择或道德难题。尽管表述不尽相同,但困境描述的是一种困难状况、困难处境是毋庸置疑的。本研究中的道德困境是指个体在意识层面上所出现的道德认识模糊、道德评价混乱现象；在道德行为层面上则是个体行为规范的不统一,还有道德行为的缺乏动力。在整体上看,道德困境表现为某种道德的无序状态,是日常生活情境中某种道德的两难选择；当然也包括道德建设的困难状态。在具体的道德情境中,个体作为道德困境的主体。目前对道德的研究范式都是基于假设的道德两难情境,鲜有研究者从道德与日常生活关系的角度探讨个体的道德经验和道德成长。本研究关注大学生群体的道德困境,尤其是日常道德困境,旨在揭示日常道德困境不同于标准化假设道德难题的广泛内容。当个体遭遇日常道德困境时,试图找寻一条如何通往幸福的途径。本研究首次编制大学生道德困境自评量表,为真实情境下的道德判断和应对提供依据。对大学生群体的道德困境的总体状况、道德困境在人口统计学上的特点及其与主观幸福感的关系进行探讨,可以更清楚地了解大学生道德困境的特点及规律。通过统计分析,笔者得到如下结论： (1)大学生道德困境是一个多维度的结构,包括助人困境、越轨困境、同伴困境、诱惑困境、忠诚困境、父母困境等六个维度。 (2)自编的《大学生道德困境自评问卷》具有较好的信、效度,符合心理测量学要求,可以作为测评工具使用。 (3)大学生道德困境呈现出多样性和差异性。在性别、年级、专业、生源地、性格特点、人际关系等变量上,大学生的道德困境存在显著性差异。 (4)大学生道德困境与主观幸福感之间存在显著负相关,验证了哲学和伦理学对道德和幸福的理论探讨。
[Abstract]:Moral dilemmas often refer to moral dilemmas or dilemmas. Although the expression varies, the dilemma describes a difficult situation, which is beyond doubt. The moral dilemma in this study refers to the confusion of moral cognition and moral evaluation on the level of consciousness, and the disunity of individual norms of conduct and the lack of motivation of moral behavior at the level of moral behavior. On the whole, the moral dilemma is a kind of disorder of morality, which is a kind of moral dilemma in the daily life situation, and also includes the difficult state of moral construction. In the specific moral situation, the individual is the subject of moral dilemma. At present, the research paradigms of morality are based on hypothetical moral dilemmas, and few researchers discuss individual moral experience and moral growth from the perspective of the relationship between morality and daily life. This study focuses on the moral dilemmas of college students, especially the daily moral dilemmas, in order to reveal that the daily moral dilemmas are different from the standardized hypothetical moral dilemmas. When individuals encounter daily moral dilemmas, try to find a way to happiness. For the first time, the self-rating scale for moral Dilemma of College students is compiled to provide evidence for moral judgment and coping in real situations. By discussing the general situation of moral dilemma of college students, the demographic characteristics of moral dilemma and its relationship with subjective well-being, the characteristics and laws of moral dilemmas of college students can be clearly understood. Through statistical analysis, the author draws the following conclusions: 1) the moral dilemma of college students is a multi-dimensional structure, which includes six dimensions: helping others, deviant predicament, peer dilemma, temptation dilemma, loyalty dilemma, parents dilemma and so on. 2) the self-designed questionnaire of moral Dilemma of College students has good reliability, validity, and meets the requirements of psychometrics, and can be used as an evaluation tool. 3) the moral dilemma of college students presents diversity and difference. There are significant differences in the moral dilemma of college students in the variables of gender, grade, specialty, student origin, personality characteristics, interpersonal relationship and so on. 4) there is a significant negative correlation between moral dilemma and subjective well-being of college students, which verifies the theoretical discussion of morality and happiness in philosophy and ethics.
