教师偏心问题考察——一种教师生活史研究

【摘要】:已有"教师偏心"研究认为教师不应该偏心,教师偏心应该予以消除。本研究借助生活史,就排座位、偏向差生、喜欢情商较高的学生、偏心在师生互动中消长等进行分析,认为教师偏心与个人好恶、利益有关,绝非仅仅是教师个人道德伦理的问题。它牵涉着教师所处的时代、归属环境、教师角色、师生交往;还牵涉着站在谁的立场发声的问题。
[Abstract]:Teachers'bias has been studied that teachers should not be biased and teachers'bias should be eliminated. With the help of life history, this study analyzed the students with lower seats, preferred students with higher EQ, and eccentricity in teacher-student interaction. It was concluded that the preference of teachers was related to personal preferences and interests. It is not just a question of teachers' personal ethics. It involves teachers' time, belonging environment, teacher's role, teacher-student communication, and the question of who stands and speaks.
