试析教学论研究中两种病态情结

【摘要】:教学论研究者在进入研究现场表现出来的"专家情结"和"怨妇情结",是中小学教师反感、排斥教学论研究者的主要原因之一。教学论研究者秉持的两种错误观念是导致这两种病态情结的内在根源:一是将理论指导实践等同于理论工作者指导实践工作者;二是将教学规律混同于教学规则。教学论研究者需要正视自身知识结构的局限性,戒除"专家情结",同时充分认识到教学实践的复杂性,戒除"怨妇情结"。"教学论专家"既不是教学理论的专家,更不是教学实践的专家,而是擅长做教学研究的专家。
[Abstract]:The "expert complex" and "grieving women complex", which the researchers of teaching theory show in the field of study, are one of the main reasons why primary and secondary school teachers dislike and reject the researchers of teaching theory. The two wrong ideas held by the researchers of teaching theory are the internal root of the two morbid complex: one is to equate the theory guidance practice with the theory worker to guide the practice worker, the other is to mix the teaching law with the teaching rule. The researchers of teaching theory should face up to the limitation of their knowledge structure, give up the "expert complex", fully realize the complexity of teaching practice, and give up the "grievance complex". " The experts of teaching theory are not experts in teaching theory, not experts in teaching practice, but experts who are good at teaching research.
