高校心理健康教育工作社会协同机制研究

【摘要】：我国高校学生心理健康教育工作还存在着工作队伍基础薄弱,心理咨询服务不能满足学生需求,学校与家庭、社会等形成的合力不足等问题。学习与借鉴发达国家和地区心理健康教育与危机预防干预的发展经验,引进社会治理中的社会协同概念,促进学校、家庭、社会多方资源形成工作合力,加强高校心理健康教育工作的社会协同,能够有效地推进心理健康教育工作队伍专业化建设,促进学生心理问题的更好解决,提高心理健康教育与危机预防干预的效果和水平。
[Abstract]:The psychological health education of college students in our country still has some problems, such as the weak work force foundation, the psychological consultation service can not meet the needs of the students, the lack of resultant force formed between school and family, society and so on. To learn from the development experience of mental health education and crisis prevention and intervention in developed countries and regions, to introduce the concept of social synergy in social governance, and to promote the formation of working forces among schools, families and society. Strengthening the social coordination of mental health education in colleges and universities can effectively promote the professional construction of mental health education team, promote the better solution of students' psychological problems, and improve the effect and level of mental health education and crisis prevention and intervention.
