理工科高校学生心理不安全感研究

【摘要】:安全感被人本主义心理学家马斯洛认为是决定心理健康最重要的因素,安全感是心理健康的基础,有了安全感才能有自信,有自尊,才能与他人建立信任的人际关系,才能积极地发掘自身潜力,从而拥有人性和价值体现。 本文的研究内容和研究目的为:在回顾以往国内外有关心理不安全感理论研究基础上,根据理工科高校的背景,通过开放式访谈,结合实际访谈结果编制了“理工科高校学生心理不安全感调查问卷”,初测后进行信效度分析和因子分析,形成正式问卷,在理工科高校内进行实测,了解理工科高校学生的心理不安全感现状,探讨学生心理不安全感的表现维度、产生原因等。通过假设研究分析更易产生心理不安全感的群体的差异和原因,并为高校心理健康教育工作和思想政治工作提供思路和建议。本文的主要结论如下: (1)理工科高校学生心理不安全感的整体表现形式和总体产生原因及各维度在性别、年级、是否为独生子女、学科类型、所在校区、在大学里是否担任学生干部和在班级中的相对成绩有部分差异; (2)理工科高校学生心理不安全感的产生与其人际关系相互影响。研究结果发现心理不安全感整体分值与人际信任和人际关系导致的心理不安全感程度呈显著正相关,且是相互影响的关系; (3)理工科高校学生更倾向于通过找人聊天、倾诉、运动、听音乐等积极的方式和进行自我安慰、冷静分析的方式面对并找到心理不安全感的原因,总体来看,理工科高校学生面对心理不安全感时更倾向于采用积极的应对方式; (4)理工科高校学生心理不安全感与自我效能感呈负相关关系,心理不安全感程度越高,自我效能感程度越低; (5)总体来说,理工科高校学生对心理健康知识是非常接纳的,也愿意在遇到心理困惑时通过自助书籍或是主动到心理中心和辅导员处寻求帮助,此外,大部分学生认为学校开设的心理健康知识讲座以及任课老师对心理健康知识的宣传度较低。 (6)心理不安全感是指个体内心不安稳,,不能完全相信自己和别人,有一种不确定和不可预测的感觉。
[Abstract]:Sense of security is considered by humanistic psychologist Maslow to be the most important determinant of mental health, and sense of security is the foundation of mental health. Sense of security is the only way to have confidence, self-esteem and trust with others. In order to actively explore their own potential, so as to have human nature and value embodiment. The research contents and purposes of this paper are as follows: on the basis of reviewing the previous researches on psychological insecurity at home and abroad, and according to the background of science and engineering universities, through open interviews, Based on the actual interview results, the questionnaire of psychological insecurity of college students of science and engineering was compiled. The reliability and validity analysis and factor analysis were carried out after the initial test, and a formal questionnaire was formed, which was measured in the universities of science and engineering. To understand the present situation of psychological insecurity of college students of science and engineering, to explore the dimensions and causes of psychological insecurity of students. This paper analyzes the differences and causes of the groups which are more prone to psychological insecurity through hypothetical research, and provides some ideas and suggestions for the work of mental health education and ideological and political work in colleges and universities. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the overall form and causes of psychological insecurity of college students of science and engineering and its dimensions in gender, grade, whether the only child, subject type, campus, There are some differences in whether to be student cadres in university and relative achievement in class. (2) the psychological insecurity of college students of science and engineering and their interpersonal relationships are influenced by each other. The results show that the overall score of psychological insecurity is positively correlated with the degree of psychological insecurity caused by interpersonal trust and interpersonal relationships, and it is a relationship of mutual influence. (3) the college students of science and engineering tend to face and find out the reasons of psychological insecurity by talking, exercising, listening to music and comforting themselves. The college students of science and engineering tend to adopt positive coping style when they face the psychological insecurity. (4) the degree of psychological insecurity is higher than that of the students in science and engineering colleges. (4) there is a negative correlation between psychological insecurity and self-efficacy of science and engineering college students, and the higher the degree of psychological insecurity is, The degree of self-efficacy is lower. (5) generally speaking, the students of science and engineering colleges are very receptive to the knowledge of mental health. They are also willing to seek help from psychological centers and counsellors through self-help books or by taking the initiative to seek help in the event of psychological confusion. Most of the students think that the psychological health knowledge lectures and teachers' propaganda of mental health knowledge are low. (6) Psychological insecurity refers to the individuals' inner insecurity and their inability to trust themselves and others completely. There is a feeling of uncertainty and unpredictability.
