大学生心理控制源、金钱态度和幸福感的关系

【摘要】：对心理控制源与金钱态度及幸福感之间的关系进行探索,可以考察金钱态度是否能够中介心理控制源的作用。文章采用内在-外在心理控制源量表、金钱态度量表和总体幸福感量表对799名大学生进行问卷调查。结果表明,心理控制源对总体幸福感、权利-名望因素、不信任因素和金钱焦虑因素的预测作用显著。加入金钱态度后,心理控制源对幸福感的预测作用变为不显著。金钱态度中只有维持-保留和不信任两个指标对幸福感有显著的预测作用。因此,心理控制源能够预测总体幸福感和金钱态度,而心理控制对总体幸福感的预测作用,会被不信任这一金钱态度所中介。
[Abstract]:By exploring the relationship between locus of control, monetary attitude and well-being, we can find out whether money attitude can mediate the effect of locus of control. The internal and external locus of control scale, monetary attitude scale and general well-being scale were used to investigate 799 college students. The results showed that the locus of control had significant predictive effects on overall well-being, rights and fame, distrust and money anxiety. When money attitude was added, the predictive effect of locus of control on happiness became insignificant. In monetary attitude, only maintenance-retention and distrust have significant predictive effects on happiness. Therefore, the locus of control can predict the overall well-being and monetary attitude, and the predictive effect of psychological control on the overall well-being is mediated by the monetary attitude of distrust.
