班级场域中的规训揭示与教育构型

【摘要】:班级场域是学生成长与发展的领地。班级是由学生构成的独特的社会组织,教师以局外人的身份涉入班级组织。规训现象在班级场域中已然泛化,教育的本真诉求被掩盖。班级场域中的规训主要体现为偏控制性的规训。从对身体的摆布和监视、对言语的设置和控制、对精神的干预和规训三个维度揭示班级场域中存在的对学生的控制与规训现象,并分析其作用机制,继而进一步指出矫正性的理想教育构型。
[Abstract]:Class field is the domain of students' growth and development. Class is a unique social organization composed of students. Teachers are involved in class organization as outsiders. Discipline has spread in the field of class, and the true appeal of education has been concealed. The discipline in class field is mainly reflected in partial control discipline. From the three dimensions of body manipulation and monitoring, speech setting and control, mental intervention and discipline, the phenomenon of students' control and discipline in class field is revealed, and its mechanism is analyzed. Then it points out the ideal educational configuration of correction.
