昆明市小学数学教师专业成长的叙事研究

【摘要】:21世纪的国际竞争根本上是教育的竞争,教育改革是国家现代化发展的重要环节,教育质量的高低与教师队伍的整体素质密切相关。这项研究运用文献法、问卷调查法、教育叙事研究、教育比较研究法和生命叙事研究,重点研究两个问题:首先,界定研究中涉及到的核心概念,如教师专业化、教师专业素质、教师专业成长等,再根据已有的研究,设计“昆明市中小学骨干教师学科带头人调查问卷”对昆明市300多位中小学骨干教师及学科带头人进行问卷调查,了解他们专业成长的现状和对进一步专业成长的期望。其次,选取在昆明市内具有较大影响的6位小学数学教师作为叙事研究对象,运用“生命叙事研究法”对他们专业成长的过程进行尽可能详尽的描述和分析。通过这两项实证研究,概括出小学数学教师专业成长的基本途径与方法,提出一些促进小学数学教师专业成长的建议。这项研究的主要结论有:第一,教师专业成长是一个动态发展的过程,是外在环境与内在需求相互作用的结果,是教师专业素质不断完善的过程。第二,教师专业成长的内容总体上分为专业知识、专业技能和专业情意三个层面。其中专业知识包括学科知识、教育性知识及实践性知识;专业技能包括教学技巧和教育教学能力;专业情意则反映教师的职业态度、价值观、信念、兴趣和自我修养等。第三,教师专业成长基本上需经历学习、反思、行动研究、合作等过程。第四,数学骨干教师或学科带头人的专业成长与社会环境有密切的关系,在学校范围内组建教学团队是促进教师专业成长的有力手段,政府部门和学校要更多的关心教师的专业成长,有意培养有潜质的教师担任一定的学校领导职务,帮助骨干教师和学科带头人降低职业倦怠感,增强继续成长的愿望和动力。第五,数学骨干教师、学科带头人的成长途径中的共同点在于:(1)有坚定的专业信念;(2)能在平常的教育教学工作中努力提升自己的专业技能;(3)有终身学习的意识;(4)善于与同事或其他教师合作;(5)在其专业成长的过程中能遇到恰当的引路人。
[Abstract]:The international competition in twenty-first Century is basically the competition of education. Education reform is an important link in the development of national modernization. The quality of education is closely related to the overall quality of teachers. The study method and comparative study of narrative literature and questionnaire, educational narrative research and education by studying on two questions: first, define the key related to the core concepts in the study, such as teacher professionalization, professional quality of teachers, teachers' professional growth, according to the existing research, the design of Kunming "City school teachers' academic leaders survey questionnaire" in Kunming City, more than 300 primary and middle school backbone teachers and academic leaders, understand the status of their professional growth and growth expectations for further professional. Secondly, we choose 6 primary school mathematics teachers in Kunming, who are quite influential, as narrative research objects, and use life narrative research method to describe and analyze their professional growth process as detailed as possible. Through these two empirical studies, the basic ways and methods of primary school mathematics teachers' professional growth are summarized, and some suggestions for promoting primary school mathematics teachers' professional growth are put forward. The main conclusions of this study are: first, teachers' professional growth is a dynamic development process, which is the result of interaction between external environment and internal needs, and is a process of continuous improvement of teachers' professional quality. Second, the content of teachers' professional growth is divided into three aspects: professional knowledge, professional skills and professional sentiment. Professional knowledge includes discipline knowledge, educational knowledge and practical knowledge; professional skills include teaching skills and teaching and teaching abilities; professional affection reflects teachers' professional attitude, values, beliefs, interests and self-cultivation. Third, teachers' professional growth basically needs to experience the process of learning, reflection, action research, cooperation and so on. Fourth, mathematics teachers or academic leaders of the professional growth and social environment are closely related, within the school building the teaching team is a powerful means of promoting the professional growth of teachers, government departments and schools should pay more attention to the professional development of teachers, to train the potential teachers as the school leadership, teachers help the subject leaders and reduce occupation burnout, enhance the desire and motivation to continue to grow. Fifth, common growth ways of mathematics backbone teachers, academic leaders in that: (1) have strong professional beliefs; (2) will strive to enhance their professional skills in daily teaching work; (3) have the consciousness of lifelong learning; (4) good cooperation with colleagues or other teachers; (5) to meet the appropriate guide in the process of professional development.
