小学语文翻转课堂教学质量评价体系研究

【摘要】:翻转课堂教学模式作为“互联网+”时代的产物,给传统的课堂教学以很大的冲击。它使学生的学习形式发生了变化,使教师的教学形式发生了变化,更使教师和学生的角色发生了很大变化。这些变化决定了现行的教学质量评价标准已经不适合用来评价翻转课堂教学。而随着翻转课堂模式在小学阶段的推广,建立小学语文翻转课堂教学质量评价体系便成了当务之急。本研究一共分为七大部分:引言部分首先介绍了选题的背景,分析了教学质量评价在教学改革的时代意义、翻转课堂教学质量提高的需求和我市未来翻转课堂教学发展的趋势。第一部分文献综述介绍了翻转课堂的涵义。国内外小学语文翻转课堂质量评价研究的前沿动态。提出了本文的研究意义和研究的目的。第二部分介绍了翻转课堂授课模型的发展,通过比较美国的Robert Talbert和中国的张金磊等人提出的翻转课堂模型,分析两个模型的共同点、优势与不足,从而构建适用于本学科的教学模型。本学科教学模型的构建为小学语文翻转课堂质量评价确立了四个评价的维度。第三部分介绍了适用于构建翻转课堂质量评价体系的理论——建构主义理论、合作学习理论和微型学习理论。将这些理论依据与语文学科教学实践相融合,分析出适用于小学语文质量评价体系的部分具体评价指标。第四部分介绍了本研究中小学语文翻转课堂教学质量评价体系研究的构建。本文采用了文献研究法、调查问卷法、访谈法等研究方法,初步构建起小学语文翻转课堂教学质量评价体系研究的粗糙量表。第五部分介绍了如何进行小学语文教学质量评价体系的信度和效度检验。通过检验得出调查问卷的再测信度、α信度、分半信度分别是0.96、0.97、0.95,结果表明问卷的信度系数均在可接受的范围内,说明本问卷具有一定的信度。内容效度和校标效度的分析显示本问卷同时也具有一定效度。第六部分对小学语文翻转课堂教学应用的建议。该部分包含给予应用建议,分析小学语文翻转课堂的适用范围和指出优秀的课程应具有哪些特征三部分第七部分研究结论与反思。讨论小学语文质量评价体系的模型建构的过程,讨论调查问卷中给出的数据是否符合小学语文翻转课堂模型的设计,讨论该评价表的信度与效度如何,存在哪些问题。分析了本研究的创新之处与不足以及对未来的展望。
[Abstract]:As the product of the "Internet" era, the flipping classroom teaching mode has made a great impact on the traditional classroom teaching, which has changed the learning form of students and the teaching form of teachers. Moreover, the roles of teachers and students have changed a lot. These changes determine that the current teaching quality evaluation standards are not suitable for the evaluation of flipped classroom teaching. However, with the promotion of the flipping classroom model in primary school stage. It is urgent to establish the quality evaluation system of primary school Chinese flipping classroom teaching. This study is divided into seven parts: the introduction first introduces the background of the topic. This paper analyzes the significance of teaching quality evaluation in teaching reform. The demand of improving the quality of flipping classroom teaching and the trend of the development of flipping classroom teaching in our city in the future. The first part introduces the meaning of flipping classroom. The Frontier Movement of the Research on the quality Evaluation of Chinese flipping classroom in Primary Schools at Home and abroad. The second part introduces the development of the flip classroom teaching model. By comparing the flip classroom models proposed by Robert Talbert of the United States and Zhang Jinlei of China, this paper analyzes the common points, advantages and disadvantages of the two models. The construction of the teaching model of this subject establishes four dimensions of evaluation for the quality of primary school Chinese flipping classroom. The third part introduces the evaluation applicable to the construction of flipping classroom quality. The theory of system-constructivism. The cooperative learning theory and the micro learning theory. Part 4th introduces the construction of the research on the evaluation system of the quality of primary and middle school Chinese flipping classroom teaching. This paper adopts the method of literature research. Questionnaire, interview and other research methods. In part 5th, the author introduces how to test the reliability and validity of the evaluation system of Chinese teaching quality in primary school. The volume's retest reliability. The reliability and split-half reliability of the questionnaire were 0.960.97 and 0.95, respectively. The results showed that the reliability coefficients of the questionnaire were all within the acceptable range. The analysis of content validity and calibration validity shows that the questionnaire also has certain validity. Part 6th suggests the application of flipping classroom teaching in primary school language. Suggestions. This paper analyzes the scope of application of the Chinese flipping classroom in primary schools and points out the characteristics of the excellent curriculum. The conclusions and reflections of 7th parts are discussed. The process of constructing the model of the evaluation system of Chinese quality in primary school is discussed. This paper discusses whether the data given in the questionnaire accords with the design of the primary school language turnover classroom model, and discusses the reliability and validity of the evaluation table. This paper analyzes the innovation and deficiency of this study and the prospect of the future.
