短期拓展训练对培养小学生合作意识的影响研究

【摘要】:合作在当今社会越来越重要,因此拥有良好的合作意识不仅是社会发展的需要,也是当今小学生在成长过程中不可缺少的一种重要素质,无论是在日常生活和学习,还是以后步入社会,与人合作都是不可缺少的。由于小学阶段是学生性格形成的关键时期,此时培养小学生的合作意识具有较高的可塑性。小学生作为未来国家社会主义建设的接班人应当具有较高的合作意识。但是通过调查发现,目前小学生的合作意识并不乐观,因此培养小学生的合作意识就应该受到广泛的关注。 目前拓展训练行业发展十分迅速,各拓展训练公司逐步把拓展培训业务扩展到了中小学校园,,并且受到了广大中小学生的喜爱。拓展训练属于一种体验式学习,在吸收了教育学、教育心理学等学科成果的基础上,针对不同人群而设定的一种新的学习方式。通过拓展训练,可以培养学生良好的心理品质,提高人际交往能力和沟通能力,增强与他人的合作能力,是一种提高综合素质的教育方式。因此拓展训练对培养小学生合作意识有着很大的优势。 鉴于此,本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、观察法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析等方法,从小学生合作意识现状调查及小学生的基本特点着手,分析了小学生合作意识缺乏的原因,用实用主义教育理论、情境学习理论和认知学习理论作为拓展训练培养小学生合作意识的理论依据;从小学生对短期拓展训练的喜爱程度和培养合作意识的重要性,教师对短期拓展训练培养小学生合作意识的认可情况及重要性作为拓展训练培养小学生合作意识的现实依据。然后从拓展训练的模式、组织和方法来分析拓展训练对培养小学生合作意识的影响情况,尽而得出小学生通过参加短期拓展训练,对合作重要性的认识上发生了很大的改变,合作态度有明显的改观,合作意愿有了很大的提升,这说明小学生通过参加短期拓展训练合作意识有一定的提高,拓展训练对培养小学生的合作意识有着积极的影响。
[Abstract]:Cooperation is becoming more and more important in today's society, so having a good sense of cooperation is not only the need of social development, but also an indispensable quality of primary school students in the process of growing up. Whether in daily life and learning, or later into the society, cooperation with people is indispensable, because the primary school stage is the key period of the formation of students' personality. At this time, the cultivation of cooperation awareness of primary school students has a high degree of plasticity. Primary school students as a successor to the future socialist construction of the country should have a higher sense of cooperation. But through the investigation found. At present, the cooperation consciousness of primary school students is not optimistic, so it should be paid more attention to. At present, the development of the training industry is very rapid, the development of training companies gradually expand their training business to primary and secondary schools. And by the majority of primary and secondary school students love. Development training belongs to an experiential learning, in the absorption of pedagogy, educational psychology and other disciplines on the basis of. A new learning method for different groups of people. Through the development of training, we can cultivate students' good psychological quality, improve their interpersonal skills and communication skills, and enhance their ability to cooperate with others. It is a kind of education way to improve the comprehensive quality. Therefore, the extended training has a great advantage in cultivating the pupils' cooperative consciousness. In view of this, this paper uses the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, observation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, starting from the investigation of the present situation of pupils' cooperative consciousness and the basic characteristics of pupils. This paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of cooperative consciousness of primary school students, and uses pragmatism education theory, situational learning theory and cognitive learning theory as the theoretical basis for expanding training and training pupils' cooperative consciousness. From the primary school students' love degree of short-term development training and the importance of cultivating cooperative consciousness. The teachers' recognition and importance of training pupils' cooperative consciousness in short term development training is the realistic basis of developing students' cooperation consciousness. Then, from the mode of expansion training. Organization and methods to analyze the impact of development training on the cultivation of cooperative awareness of primary school students, it is concluded that primary school students through the participation of short-term development training, the importance of cooperation on the understanding of a great change has taken place. The cooperative attitude has obviously changed, the cooperation intention has been greatly improved, which shows that the primary school students have a certain improvement in their cooperation consciousness by taking part in short-term extended training. Development training has a positive effect on the cultivation of pupils'consciousness of cooperation.
