拉丁舞锻炼对小学女生身心健康影响的实验研究

【摘要】:研究目的:探讨拉丁舞锻炼对不同年龄段小学女生身体素质和心理健康的影响,为丰富小学女生的课外体育活动内容,同时,帮助家长认识拉丁舞的价值,树立正确的培养观念提供参考。研究方法:选取70名小学女生,按8-9岁、10-11岁、12-13岁年龄段,分成三个实验组,进行为期14周的拉丁舞练习。依据《国家学生体质健康标准》和《小学生心理健康标准》的规定,选取身体健康和心理健康评价指标,通过重测方差分析方法,分析拉丁舞锻炼对小学女生身体健康和心理健康的影响效果。研究结果:1.通过14周的拉丁舞锻炼,三个年龄段的实验组女生的身高、体重指标与对照组比较均无显著性差异(p0.05)。2.14周的拉丁舞锻炼后,8-9岁年龄段的实验组小学女生的坐位体前屈、总反应时明显优于同龄对照组(p0.05)。10-11岁年龄段的实验组小学女生的立定跳远、坐位体前屈、总反应时指标明显优于对照组(p0.05)。12-13岁年龄段的实验组小学女生的立定跳远、坐位体前屈、肺活量、总反应时指标明显优于对照组(p0.05)。3.14周后,在8-9岁年龄段,实验组小学女生的情绪障碍明显好于对照组(p0.05),而实验组和对照组女生的社会适应障碍、行为障碍和特种障碍等心理健康因素变化不明显。在10-11岁年龄段,实验组小学女生的各种心理健康因素变化与对照组无明显差异(p0.05)。在12-13岁年龄段,实验组小学女生的学习障碍、情绪障碍、性格缺陷、品德缺陷、社会适应障碍、不良行为习惯和行为障碍等心理健康因素明显好于对照组女生(p0.05),但特种障碍的变化不明显。研究结论:三个年龄段的实验结果发现,拉丁舞锻炼对小学女生的身心健康有积极的促进作用,特别是小学高年级女生。坚持拉丁舞锻炼可以有效提高小学女生的力量、柔韧性、灵敏性和协调等身体素质;有助于小学女生纾解心理压力,消减焦虑,促进社会交往,培养品德、性格和良好行为习惯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of Latin dance exercise on the physical and mental health of girls of different ages, in order to enrich the content of extracurricular physical activities of girls in primary schools, and to help parents understand the value of Latin dance. The research method: 70 primary school girls were selected and divided into three experimental groups according to the ages of 8-9 years and 10-11 years and 12-13 years old. Latin dance practice was conducted for 14 weeks. According to the regulations of the National Standard of physical Health of students and the Standard of Mental Health of Primary School students, the evaluation indexes of physical and mental health were selected. The effects of Latin dance exercise on the physical and mental health of primary school girls were analyzed by means of retest analysis of variance. The result of the study was: 1. Through 14 weeks of Latin dance exercise. There was no significant difference in height and weight between the three age groups of girls in the experimental group and the control group. The total response time of the girls in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (p 0.05). 10-11 years old girls in the experimental group were significantly better than the standing long jump of the girls in the experimental group. The total response time index of the sitting position was significantly better than that of the control group (p 0.050.12-13 years old) in the standing long jump, sitting position forward flexion, vital capacity of primary school girls. The total response time index was significantly better than that of control group (p 0.05 路3.14 weeks later). In 8-9 years old, the emotional disorder of primary school girls in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (p 0.05). However, there were no significant changes in mental health factors such as social adaptation disorder, behavioral disorder and special disorder of female students in the experimental group and the control group. There was no significant difference in all kinds of mental health factors between the experimental group and the control group. In the 12-13 age group, the girls in the experimental group had learning disabilities, emotional disorders and personality defects. The mental health factors, such as moral defect, social adaptation disorder, bad behavior habit and behavioral disorder, were significantly better than those in the control group (p 0.05). But the change of special obstacle is not obvious. Conclusion: the results of three ages experiment found that Latin dance exercise has a positive effect on the physical and mental health of girls in primary school. Especially girls in the senior grade of primary school. Insist on Latin dance exercise can effectively improve the strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and other physical qualities of primary school girls; It helps to relieve psychological stress, reduce anxiety, promote social interaction, and cultivate moral character and good behavior habits.
